FEATURES

TURN ON AND OFF

  1. Automatically turned on when pick out from case, and turned off when put into case.
  2. Manually turn on by long press for 3 seconds, and manually turn off by long press for 5 seconds.
  3. When the charging case run out of battery, the device will be turned on automatically and make some pitch sound, please charge the case once it happens, or you can turn off the device manually if you do not use the device in a short time.

OPERATION

The same effect can be obtained with left ear or right ear operation.

HEARING AID CHARGING INSTRUCTION

  1. Open the charging case and put the hearing aid into the relative left and right charging port and close the case.
  2. If the charging case indicator is steady blue, it means that the hearing aid is charging. If the indicator is off, the hearing aid have been full-charged.
  3. It takes about 1.5 hours to fully charge the hearing aid.

CHARGING THE CHARGING CASE

  1. Insert the type-c charging cable into the charger port and connect the power supply.
  2. Charging:white indicator light on, Full-charged: green indicator light on.
  3. The charger can provides 3 times of recharge cycle for hearing aid.

HEARING AID MODE

It will automatically enter the Hearing Aid mode 1 When Bluetooth is not connected, click the button 3 times to switch to the next Hearing Aid program, the program selection is shown in the following table

  1. Telphone mode
    When Bluetooth is paired;
    Double click:answer call/hang up.
    Press 2S:reject call;

  2. Music mode
    When Bluetooth is paired, please adjust the music volume through the mobile phone music APP.

  3. Siri Wake up iphone assistant “Siri”
    Press the power button for 1 second to activate Siri.

  4. Restore factory Settings
    Turn off and then long press the power button for 12S , when hear “du” twice, and both the blue and green indicator light flash 5 times ,it indicates that the earbuds is restored to factory settings successfully.

GENERAL FAULT SELF-REFERENCE TABLE

When problems occur in the use of your device, please refer to the following table for simple treatment:

TROUBLESHOOTING

  1. Unable to charge
    Check and clean the contact points of both hearing device and the charging case.Use the originally provided charging cable to recharge again.

  2. The voice becomes smaller

  • Checking whether the ear dome is dirty, if so, clean or replace with a new one.
  • Check if the hearing aid is in low battery,recharge the device if needed. 3. Whistling happen and can not stop?
    The whistling may be heard if the device is turned on but not positioned securely in your ear.Once properly inserted, whistling will stop.Try the following steps:
    Step 1: Change another size dome which fits your canal.
    Step 2: Place into the charging case, and it will automatically turn off.
    Step 3: Clean your ear canal.
    Step 4: Take out again, and get ready to wear again. Do not touch the microphone when you holding the device.
    Step 5: Wear it on again.

SAFETY AND PRECAUTIONS

  1. After removing the hearing aid, it should be placed in the charging case to avoid losing or falling.
  2. Do not place the hearing aid in high temperature (such as heat source, exposed fire source) and high humidity environment, otherwise the device may fail, catch fire or explode.
  3. Do not immerse the hearing aid in any liquid. Remove the hearing aid before swimming or washing hair or taking a bath. Swimming or after bathing, wait for the ear canal to dry before wearing the hearing aid.
  4. The surface of the hearing aid should be kept clean and the earwax of the sound mouth of the hearing aid should be cleaned regularly. Such as contact with skin parts out.Discontinue use immediately and consult your doctor when symptoms such as redness and swelling occur.
  5. Do not disassemble the hearing aid by yourself. If the parts are damaged by disassembly and assembly, they will not be included in the warranty scope.
  6. hearing aid is not resistant to seawater, acid and alkaline solvents, chemical reagents and other corrosive liquids. By misuse or improper use.Any damage or defect caused will not be covered by the warranty.
  7. The device and accessories may contain some small parts. Please keep the device and accessories out of reach of children.
  8. If the product is not used for a long time, please turn it off after fully charging, and put it in a cool and dry place.
  9. Please use the attached charging cable to charge the device. When charging with the power adapter, use the satisfying phase .Power adapter required by safety standards or certified by CCC.
  10. Don’t throw away discarded hearing aid., if you need to discard, please dispose in accordance with the relevant national regulations.
