Product Usage Instructions

Installation

  1. Select a suitable location for installing the RO membrane housing.
  2. Ensure that the area is clean and free from any obstructions.
  3. Attach the housing securely to a stable surface using appropriate mounting brackets.
  4. Connect the water supply line to the NPT(in) 1/2 port (A) of the housing.
  5. Connect the outlet line to the NPT(out) 1/4 port (B) of the housing.
  6. Make sure all connections are tightened properly to prevent leakage.

  2. Pay attention to all the fittings at both ends, whether there is any missing installation, and whether there is any debris left in the membrane shell, so as not to damage the filter membrane components and membrane shell.
  3. Check the connecting parts clamps to make sure the installation is in place.
  4. After the installation and inspection are completed, start to slowly add water to the membrane module (inside the membrane housing) to discharge the air inside the membrane element and membrane housing. Discharge Empty and then unpressurized, reciprocate a few times to prevent the water hammer phenomenon, to ensure that the sealing ring stretches freely, reset.
  5. The membrane shell can’t be used as a load-bearing carrier, can’t be used as a load or pressure in the upper part, and can’t exert pressure on the components directly connected with it. The membrane shell should not be used as a load-bearing carrier.
