Headset Icon
Power On/Off
Power On:
Press and hold the multi function button until the blue light flashes.
Hear the voice prompt ” On.””
Power Off:
Press and hold the multi function button until the red light flashes.
Hear the voice prompt “Off.”
Wearing
Separate the headsets with both hands and wear them to the appropriate position.
If you need to make a call, please lower the noise-canceling microphone and adjust it to the appropriate position.
Mute Mode
Operating Method:
- Talk by rotating the noise-canceling microphone down and mute by rotating the noise-canceling microphone up.
- Click the “multi function button” and listen for the headset prompt “Mic Off” or “Mic On” to disable or enable the noise-canceling microphone for conversation.
Volume Adjustment
Operating Method:
Single-click the volume up button to increase the volume, and single-click the volume down button to decrease the volume.When the volume is too high, you will hear a “beep” sound as a volume reminder.
It’s advised not to wear headsets at maximum volume for extended penods of time to avoid patential hearing damage.
NFC Pairing
- Long-press the NFC button on the main device until the screen displays the message **“NFC On.”

Place the NFC tag on the headsets in contact with the NFC button on the main device.

On the main device, the NFC icon in the upper right corner will turn green,wait for 1to 3 seconds for the prompt indicating successful pairing.

The headset blue light being constantly on indicates a successful pairing.
Pairing with Other Electronic Devices
Bluetooth Pairing

In the power-off state, press and hold the “Multifunction Button” without releasing it.

Keep holding the “Multifunction Button” until the indicator light starts flashing red and blue alternately. This indicates that the headphones are now in pairing mode.

Open the Bluetooth settings on your device, select “VAXIS AIR,” and you will hear a voice prompt saying “Connected.”

Check the Battery Level
This operation should be performed when the headsets are in standby mode and there is no audio playback.
Operating Method:
In standby mode with no audio playback, a single press of the power/volume+ button or the volume- button will result in the headsets providing the battery level information through voice prompts.
Volume voice broadcast content. “High power/ Medium power/Low power/ Please charge.
Maintenance and Care
Charging Reminder
There is a power prompt of the headset on the main unit of the communication system.If the headset’s battery is low, you will hear a prompt saying “Please Charge.” At this point, you need to charge the headsets. There is a Type-C charging port located on the back of the volume button. Simply insert the Type-C cable to begin charging.
During the charging process, the LED indicator light turns red, indicating that the headsets are charging.The headsets will not turn off during the charging process.The headsets can be powered by the communication system’s main unit in reverse. When the LED indicator turns blue, it indicates that the headset charging is complete.
