ASSEMBLY AREA SAFETY

  • Do not place this equipment on a surface that may block the ventilation openings.

USE AND MAINTENANCE

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

WARNING: Be careful not to leave plastic wrappers within the reach of children. It also contains balls and small parts. Not suitable for children under 3 years old. There is a danger of suffocation.

IMPORTANT: Please review the parts list and make sure you have all the parts before beginning assembly. At least two people are required to assemble this product.

PREPARATION

Get into a clean, level location to begin assembly. The ping pong table will be assembled upside down and then turned over. It is a heavy product, so it will be necessary to have at least two strong adults to turn it.

TOOLS Needed:

  • Phillips screwdriver (not included)
  • Flat screwdriver (not included)
  • Nut wrench (included)
  • Allen key {included)
  • Recommended:
  • Electric screwdriver

CAUTION: If you use an electric screwdriver, please use low torque. The screws may be too tight if the torque is too high.

DESCRIPTION

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1

  • Place an outer curved leg with cap (A2) on one side of the player area and an inner curved leg with cap [A3} on the other end (corresponding to the center] of that half of the table.
  • Attach the leg bracket (A9] to the outer curved leg (A3] and the inner curved leg (6] and fasten with bolts (HS). See Fig. A
  • Repeat the procedure on the other half of the table.

STEP2

  • Attach one end of the connecting tube (A21) to the inner side of the outer curved leg (A2) and tighten with a bolt (H4], two washers (H7], a spacer (A16] and a nut (HB). (See Fig.A].
  • Attach the other end of the connecting tube IA21 I to the internal side of the inner curved leg (A3) and tighten with a bolt (H3], two washers (H7), a spacer (A16) and a nut (HB ). (See. Fig.BJ
  • Repeat the procedure on the other connecting tube (Ml.

STEP 3

Make sure caps are placed on the ends of the curved legs. Then insert the wheels [A13) into the inner 0 curved legs [A3) as shown

STEP4
Attach the frame [A5) to the inner curved leg [A3) and tighten with two bolts [H2) and two washers [H7). [See Fig. A)

WARNING!

  • A. Turn the table on its side.
  • B. Fold the legs and each half of the table and lock them.
  • C. Raise the table and flip it over in the air.
  • D. Do not tilt the table on its legs!
  • E. Set the table on the ground evenly on all wheels, to prevent breaking the legs.

STEP5

  • Repeat steps 1, 2 and 3 with the other half of the table.
  • Repeat step 4, attach the grame (A5] to the Inner curved leg (A3) and tighten with two bolts (H2] and two washers (H7). [See Fig. Al

STEP6

Attach the logo panel (A6) to the frame (A5) and tighten with two bolts (H1), four washers (H7] and two nuts (HS]. (See Fig. A].

STEP7

  • Attach the safety lock [A10) to the inner curved leg (A3] and tighten it with a bolt (H6), a washer (H7), and a nut (HB). (See FIG.AlTTB05 -023.3.30-Tennis-Table-FIG-13
  • Repeat the procedure on the other side.

STEPS
Place the net clamps (A19) in the middle of the table and slide one net ending over one of the clamps. Stretch the net [A18) across the center of the table and slide the other ending onto the other clamp. (See Fig. A).

TABLE FOLDING

  • Lock the wheels.
  • Fold the table: Fold up the side of the lable that doesn’t contain the net clamps. Make sure that the safety lock IA 10) is on. Repeat the procedure on the other side. Hook the safety straps IA 11 l to prevent the sides from falling. [See FIG. 9)
  • Unfold the table: First, release the safety lock (A 10) and the safety straps (A 11 ). The pull the lower part of lhe outer lags and lower the table slowly.TTB05 -023.3.30-Tennis-Table-FIG-15

Note : When the table is in its storage position, always attach the safety strap to prevent the sides from falling.
