Assembly Tips:

1. Please check the part lists before assembling.
2. Please assemble at the flat floor.
3. The bottom layer of the mesh should be installed at the bottom as far as possible, so that the center of gravity of the entire shelving rack is lowered and kept stable.
4. When installing, the scale of the clip should be aligned (note the “TOP” mark).
5. It is necessary to press the mesh so that the mesh is fully installed in the clip, which is the key to keep the shelving rack stable.
6. Please assemble at the same level of the post to keep it balanced.
7. Two of the four industrial wheels are lockable. To ensure the safety of moving the shelving rack, please install the lockable wheels diagonally.
8. Using plastic hammer to fix the shelf to keep it steady.

Assembly Steps:

1. First, distinguish the “top tube”, “middle tube” and “down tube” according to the packaging.

2. Assemble the wheels into the bottom tube. Please install the lockable wheels diagonally to ensure the safety of moving the shelving rack.

3. Snap the clip on the tube at the same level.

Fix a set of pipe nipson the proper position and make sure of its fastness.

4. Assemble the bottom shelf first. The bottom layer of the mesh should be installed at the bottom as far as possible, so that the center of gravity of the entire shelving rack is lowered and kept stable.

5. Put the shelf down from the top of the tube onto the clip. The key point to keeping the shelving rack stable is to press the mesh until it is fully stacked with the clip.

6. Scew the upper post into the lower post with the screw connector.

7. Repeat installation steps 3 and 5.

8. Confirm whether the shelf is stable, if it is uneven, adjust the height of the industrial wheel.

Adjust once the rack is not in the same level

Maintenance:

1. Keep using it at dry and ventilation environment.
2. If using on the soft floor, using leveling feet to keep it stable.
3. Loading the heavier things on the bottom shelf to avoid unbalanced.
4. Please take off the things from rack when moving the rack.
5. Please do not using acid liquid or alcohol or other chemical to clean in order to avoid any rust.
