Quick Guide

1. For the screw fixing process, it is suggested that all the screws should first be loosely fixed in the frame. After that install the frame and tighten the screws into place before mounting it to a fixed place in the wall.
2. This product is equipped with expansion screws for concrete walls. If you need to install on wood. please buy different screws.

Wall Mount Hook Installation (Expansion Bolt)

1. Taking the edge of the hook as the standard, use a ruler and mark the appropriate height of the Multifunctional Chin Up Bar ensuring that the two hooks (R1 and R2) are parallel. Mark the position of the hole to be drilled on the wall with a pen. The recommended distance between the two hooks is 40cm. (Not more than 48cm) |
2. After installing the two hooks, place the Chin Up Bar on it. Then put the last two hooks (R3 and R4) on the other rail, ensuring that the hooks and the rail fit together. Draw the hole’s position with a pen, then remove the Multifunctional Chin Up Bar, and install Expansion Bolt.
