Handling of Simple Faults

  1. BT cannot be connected
    The speaker will automatically enter BT mode after power on, and enter wired mode after inserting an external audio source, which can be switched by short pressing the mode switch button.

  2. The speaker cannot be powered on
    The speaker is out of power. It should be fully charged first.

  3. No sound in the speaker:
    The master volume may be turned down, and the knob can be adjusted to turn up the volume.

  4. The microphone cannot be powered on:
    The battery has no power or insufficient power, the power switch is not turned on or no battery is installed.

  5. No sound or squeaking of the microphone:
    The knob of microphone volume or master volume is adjusted, the microphone is not powered on or the battery has no power; if the squeaking is caused by the microphone being too close to the speaker, or the speaker volume is too large, you can turn  down  the volume appropriately and keep the microphone and speaker farther away.
