Cold therapy
- Place the hat at in a refrigerator at -20 °C for 1-2 hours for immediate use. If a colder temperature is needed, freeze it longer with a lower temperature.
- Take out the hat from the freezer, wipe out the moisture, and pull it over the required area.
- Wear a hat and keep it in place for approximately 15-20 minutes.
Hot therapy
- Start with a room temperature pack, and place the hat in the microwave with a clean plate.
