Warranty Terms & Conditions
The Agres guarantees that agroNave labeled products are covered against manufacturing defects during the following periods.
Warranty Periods
- Finished products – 1 years from Invoice date to end user.
- Warranty on parts or reparation made during warranty period will end at the end of initial warranty period.
Product Warranty Terms
- The warranty period starts at the date of purchase. The guarantee will be applied upon presentation of the purchase invoice. The manufacturer, acting through the sales and technical assistance network, shall replace free of charge any defective component. The warranty does not modify the purchaser’s rights as established under legislation governing the consequences of defects in the product.
- The technical staff will intervene as soon as possible within the time limits granted by organizational arrangements.
- Any claim under the warranty, must include details of invoice or receipt showing the date of purchase.
- The manufacturer excludes consumables and parts subject to normal wear and tear.
- The guarantee excludes intervention for updating and improvement of product.
- The warranty does not cover the tuning maintenance interventions which should occur during the period of guarantee.
- Any damage caused during transport must be reported immediately to the carrier or warranty will be void.
- The warranty does not cover any damage, direct or indirect, caused to people or things.
- The warranty is void in the event of:
- Obvious lack or wrong installation or maintenance.
- Use of not original spare parts or accessories
- Interventions carried out by non-authorized personnel.
Returning Goods
To have an effective guarantee, it is necessary to comply with the following
requirements:
- The product must be delivered in the original packaging and with all the accessories (if applicable) in good condition.
- Provide a copy of the purchase invoice.
- Attach a letter in writing (from the distributor or user) explaining in detail the equipment failures and / or anomalies, mentioning the device serial number.
- Get the official approval from the seller before returning any goods.

of the system agroNave, informing the user of the main risks of its misuse.

- The agroNave system must be handled by user aware of its correct operation, possess proper driver license according to country regulations, aware of machinery operation and agricultural working field configuration. Incorrect handling can cause bodily injury, malfunction and material damage.

- Do not use the system during lightning storms. There is a great risk of electric discharges reaching the system, with possible physical damage to people and equipment.
- This safety information only relates to Agres agroNave equipment and does not replace other usual safe work practices.
- Make sure the vehicle power is off when you are connecting system components
- Agres agroNave equipment must not be used by an operator affected by alcohol or drugs. Seek medical advice if using prescription or over-the-counter medication.
- Incorrectly connected power can cause severe injury and damage to people or the equipment.
- Agres agroNave cannot guarantee the accuracy, integrity, continuity, or availability of the GNSS signal.
- Agres agroNave helps guide the field operation, but the operator remains in charge and must be alert and in complete control of the vehicle at all times.
The following user actions are not recommended.
- Equipment use outside stipulated recommendations of this guide;
- Equipment use combined with accessories from other manufacturers;
- Open or disassemble parts of the equipment using tools, unless expressly authorized by Support and Technical Assistance team;
- Modify system components, such as harnesses and their connectors;
- Equipment use with easily identifiable damages or faults.
CLEANLINESS AND CONSERVATION
The user must follow the correct instructions for cleaning and maintaining
the system agroNave, to ensure that its integrity and reliability is
maintained as long as possible.
- Do not use abrasive products to clean the monitor screen. Products with ammonia can damage the glass that makes up the screen.
- Do not press on the screen with a sharp item, such as a pencil. You may damage the surface of the screen.
- To clean the monitor screen, use a cotton flannel lightly moistened with 7 0 % isopropyl alcohol.
- To clean the other components of the system, use a soft, dry cloth, or slightly moistened with water and mild soap.
- Do not immerse the display or GNSS antenna in any type of liquid. Infiltrations can occur and compromise electronic circuits, with risk of fire and serious accidents.
- Keep all system components clean after use, thereby increasing their service life.
DISPOSAL OF COMPONENTS
- In the event of the destruction of any of the system components agroNave, the following disposal recommendations are strongly requested to be followed.
- Dispose of the display, antenna, cables and any other parts of the system in accordance with the country’s current regulations.
- Incorrect disposal, especially when associated with household waste, can generate serious problems, such as the release of poisonous gases in case of burning of raw materials, in addition to contamination of the soil and watershed
