Take a photo of your ID/Passport, using Camera app.
Please make sure that all of the· information is visible, without light reflection or glare. -
Scan below QR code.

Select Log in, then login to your account.

On top left corner, select 3 lines button as circled, and select “My tests”

Under your tests, click “View options for this test”, then select “Update Details”, then “ID Details”.

Under ID details, select “Update ID” then “Upload Passport”.

Select “Upload a file” then choose your passport photo in your photo library.

Fill in your passport details, then select “Confirm & Upload”.
