How to set up:
Step 1: Take out the keyboard and mouse from the box and take out the
receiver from the box.
Step 2: Insert 2 1.5V AAA dry batteries into the keyboard with the
correct polarity;
Step 3: Insert 1 1.5V AA dry battery into the mouse with the correct
polarity;
Step 4: Insert the receiver into the USB port of the computer;
Step 5: Turn on the power switch of mouse and keyboard to use.
FAQ:
Q1: What should I do if the keyboard become sticky after a period of usage?
A1: This is usually happening due to low power. Please replace the battery on the keyboard and try again.
Q2: What should I do if I cannot type with the keyboard?
A2: At first, please confirm whether the keyboard is turned on. If you cannot turn on the keyboard, please change the battery and try again, if it still cannot work, please contact us. If you can turn on the keyboard but it still won’t type, please try to repair the keyboard with the USB receiver.
Q3: What should I do if the mouse stopped working?
A3: At first, please confirm whether the mouse is turned on. If you cannot turn on the mouse, please change the battery and try again, if it still cannot work, please contact us (Tuolanservice@outlook.com).
How to re-pair the Keyboard to the USB Receiver:
Step 1: Press and hold the “Esc” and the “=” key together for 3-5s.
Step 2: Wait the power light turns on.
Step 3: Insert the USB receiver and place the keyboard as closely as
possible to the USB receiver. Step 4: The keyboard should be able to connect shortly.
How to re-pair the Mouse to the USB Receiver:
Step 1: Make sure that the mouse is off, and take out the battery, wait
for 3s, and then put it in the mouse. Step 2: Insert the receiver into the
computer, put the mouse close to the receiver, and wait for 3s. Step 3:
Turn on the power of the mouse, click the mouse wheel and the right button at
the same time, and then release.
Step 4: If the indicator light at the bottom of the mouse is always on,
indicating that the pairing is successful.
