5. If you click ‘unbind smart lock’, the lock will be restored to factory mode and delete all settings.
* When using APP to unlock, the phone needs to be close to the smart lock to wake up the lock. The distance is too far to unlock.
* When lower battery, the smart lock will automatically remain unlocked.

Operation Instruction
APP & Smart Lock Operation Instruction
- App Installation
- Search “eSmartLock” From Google Play (Android)/App Store (iOS) and install it to smart phone.
- Register & Login
- Log in to ‘eSmartLock’ with a registered account. (Fig. 1)
- App Permission Setting
- a. It’s connected with BT, so BT of smart phone should be turned on. (Fig.2)
- b. In order to use BT properly, it needs to obtain location permission from smart smartphone. (Fig.3)
- Add Smart Lock
- a. When adding a smart lock to the App, the smart lock should be kept working. So please install 2 * AA batteries first to wake up the smart lock, then blue light of the smart lock will flash.
- b. When the blue light flashes, click “+” in the upper right corner of the APP and enter “Device add”, the scanned lock will be displayed in the page. Click and Successfully add the smart lock. (Fig. 4 – 6)
- IC Cards Management Add IC Cards
- a. Wake up the smart lock and connect with the APP. Enter the “Card Manager” interface. (Fig.7)
- b. Add IC cards: Click the “+” in the upper right corner of the “Card manager” (Fig.8) to add cards (Fig.9-10). Successfully add the IC cards. (Fig. 11)
- Buzzer volume Control
- There are 4 volume levels, including mute modes. (Fig. 12)
- Modify the IC card name
- Enter to modify the card’s name (Fig.13), after inputting the card’s name, click “Modify”.
- Delete IC Cards
- Click “ ” in the upper right corner to delete the card. (Fig. 11)
- Authorization Management
- a. Add sub-accounts through “Account Sharing” or ” Scan QR Code to Share”. Successfully add the sub-accounts. (Fig. 14)
- “Scan QR Code to Share”: The sub-accounts add a smart lock by scanning the QR code on the administrator account.
- “Account Sharing”: by entering sub-account information to add.
- b. Authorize the unlocking period of the sub-account (Fig. 15). Click the times to set the schedule (Fig. 16).
- c. Delete sub-accounts, click the “X” to delete the user. (Fig. 14)
- Unlock Methods
- APP Unlocking
- After opening the App, close to the lock to wake up the smart lock. The blue light starts flashing. Click “Unlock” directly.
- IC Cards Unlocking
- The card registered successfully can be unlocked directly.
- Sub-account unlocking
- a. Click “Unlock” in the permission period (Fig. 17).
- b. If it is not within the unlocking period, you need to request the administrator account to setup the time to unlock (Fig. 18). Refer to 6.Authorization Management.
- Unlock History
- Click “History record”(Fig.7). Check the IC card unlocking and APP unlocking records. (Fig. 19)
Restore to Factory Mode
- Unbind smart lock: Click “Unbind Smart Lock” in the administrator account (Fig.7). All users are deleted and restored to factory mode.
