SAFETY OF USE

Read the instructions given in the manual carefully. Failure to follow these instructions may be dangerous or illegal. Use the device only for its intended purpose. Do not use the product outside the power range specified in the specification. Connect the product only to a suitable power outlet. Use only with compatible accessories. Do not use the device in areas where electronic devices are prohibited, or when it may cause interference or other hazards. The device should only be operated by adults. The device is not a toy. Keep the device and packaging materials out of the reach of children – to prevent possibility of choking and other damage to health. The device should not be operated by persons (including children) with limited motor or mental aptitude or persons without experience in handling electronic equipment. They may use it only under the supervision of persons responsible for their safety. Do not use the product if it is damaged. Only a qualified manufacturer’s service or authorized service centre may repair this product. Repair of the device by unqualified or unauthorized service centre risks damaging the device and voiding the warranty. The manufacturer is not responsible for damage caused by self-modifications. The same is true if cables other than the original ones are used. Do not expose the device to water, other liquids, and dirt. The device should not be used in rooms with high humidity and high dust. This may adversely affect the operation and life of electronic components. Protect the product from falls and strong shocks. Do not bend or jam the cable. When pulling out the cable, grasp the plug directly, never the cable itself.

OPERATION OF THE DEVICE

  1. Plug charger into a suitable power outlet socket. The charger is prepared to be used in most of the power outlet socket available in Europe, both mounted on the walls and in various types of extension cords and power strips.
  2. Connect the device whose battery you want to charge to the charger. To do this, use a dedicated cable compatible with the charger and the device you want to charge. Pay attention to the type of socket on the device you want to charge – it must match the type of plug on the charger/cable. Do not do anything “by force”, as this may damage the device or the power outlet
  3. Unplug the device or USB cable from the charger when charging is complete. Unplug the charger from the power supply when not in use. If the charger is damaged, do not repair it, but replace the charger with a new one. Use only compatible and compatible accessories

TROUBLESHOOTING

If you have any problems with your device, you may want to read the following tips.

Despite being connected, the charger does not charge the device.
Check that the power outlet to which the charger is connected is not damaged. If you are using an extension cord or power strip, check that the power outlet to which the charger is connected is turned on. Check that the connection cable (USB) is not damaged. If so, use a new cable approved by the manufacturer. Check that the device whose battery is being charged is not damaged.

The charger is heating up a lot.
It is normal for the charger to heat up. Check that the device whose battery is being charged does not draw too much power.
If the problem continues, then contact the service centre.

MAINTENANCE OF THE DEVICE

To prolong the life of the device:

  1. Avoid contact of the device with liquids; they may cause damage to the electronic parts of the device.
  2. Avoid very high temperatures; they may shorten the life of the device’s electronic components or melt plastic parts.
  3. Do not attempt to disassemble the device. Unprofessional interference with the device may seriously damage or destroy it.
  4. Use only a dry and soft cloth to clean the device. Do not use highly acidic or alkaline agents.

SAFETY OF THE ENVIRONMENT

Do not use the device in places where it is prohibited or may cause danger.

WARNING : The manufacturer is not responsible for the consequences of situations caused by improper use of the device or failure to follow the recommendations.

Double protection class
The product is marked with the symbol of the second protection class.
In devices of this protection class, shock safety is ensured by the use of adequate insulation – double or reinforced – the destruction of which is very unlikely.

CORRECT DISPOSAL OF USED EQUIPMENT

The device is marked with a crossed-out garbage bin, in accordance with the European Directive 2012/19/UE on used electrical and electronic equipment (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment – WEEE). Products marked with this symbol should not be disposed of after the period of use or disposed of with other household waste. The user is obliged to get rid of used electrical and electronic equipment, delivering it to a designated point, where such hazardous waste is subjected to the recycling process. Collecting this type of waste in dedicated places and the proper process of their recovery contribute to the protection of natural resources. Proper recycling of waste electrical and electronic equipment has a beneficial effect on human health and the environment. In order to obtain information on the place and method of environmentally safe disposal of used electronic equipment, the user should contact the appropriate local authority, the waste collection point or the point of sale where the equipment was purchased.

The device and the accessories comply with the guidelines on operational safety, health and environmental protection named in the declaration of conformity. It is compatible with the provisions of the New Approach Directives.

Thanks to collecting used products and packaging separately, materials can be recycled and reused.
