The Golden Sound Sleep Buds are earphones specially developed for sleeping. They can also function as regular Bluetooth earphones. Due to their small size, they bring a number of advantages

To switch between these modes, you need to click on the left or right earpiece 3 times. The earpiece will indicate which mode it is in.

The Sleep mode is a useful mode for sleeping. In sleep mode it is not possible to switch between ANC and transparent mode, nor can the sound be made louder or softer with the earphones themselves. The purpose of this is to prevent unexpected mode changes while sleeping.

Furthermore, the Sleep Mode also has a timer function. This can be activated by clicking on the earpiece twice in Sleep Mode. You will then hear “15/30/45/60 minutes.” This indicates after how many minutes the earphone will automatically switch off.

These modes differ in the dimension of the sound. In Gaming Mode, certain tones will be heard more intensely, choose which mode suits you.

? ANC / Transparent mode

The Activie Noise Canceling mode or the Transparent mode can be alternated by pressing an earpiece 4 times. The ANC has an ambient noise suppression of up to 25dB, due to the small size of the earpiece it is not possible to suppress more noise. You know when you have enabled the ANC mode when you hear a “muffled” sound after tapping four times.

For the transparent mode, you will hear a higher sound after tapping four times. The microphones open from the earphones in Transparent Mode, so noise is no longer audible when there is no sound. When there is ambient noise, it is easier to hear in transparent mode.
For sleeping, we recommend a combination of both Sleep Mode and Active Noise Canceling.

The Sleepy Buds will automatically turn ON by opening the lid of the charging case. The alternating light on both earphones indicates they are ready to be connected.

Please RESET the Sleepy Buds to resynchronize them.

Once the first connection was established, the earphones will automatically reconnect to the device next time you take them out of the charging case

Make sure you position them correctly in your ear, as shown. Gently turn them if needed

Double tap on any of the earphones to pause or play music.

Press once for 1 second on the left earphone to turn down the volume. Press 2 seconds to go back to the
previous song.

Press once for 1 second on the right earphone to turn up the volume. Press 2 seconds to continue to the
next song.

Double tap on any of the earphones to answer or press for 2 seconds to reject the call. To end a call, double tap on any of the earphones

While connected to a device, tap 3 times on right or left earphone to switch in between “Gaming Mode”, “Music Mode” and “Sleep Mode” .

Press the right or left earphone for 5 seconds to turn them off/on.

To charge the earphones just place them inside the charging case. They will automatically enter charging mode and disconnect from your device.

While connected to a device, press 4 times on the right or left earphone to switch in between “Transparency” or “ANC on”. This feature is only valid while using both earphones.

One earplug doesn’t turn on
One earplug went out while putting it in. Turn the earphone back on by pressing and holding it until it produces sound again

The earphones have become two separate Bluetooth earphones. How do I solve this? The earphones have become two separate Bluetooth units. This can be solved in the following way:

In order for the earphones to pair, the earphones must not be connected via Bluetooth to a device.

1. Place both earphones in the case
2. Remove both earphones from the case
3. Double click on one of the earphones (you will see a white light come on for 3 seconds)
4. After a few seconds, only one side flashes white light quickly
5. The ears are paired!

I hear “30-45-60 minutes” when I tap. How to solve?
You are in Sleep Mode and have activated the timer function. The number of minutes indicates when the earphones automatically turn off. The timer function can be activated by clicking twice on the earpiece in Sleep Mode. To not use the timer function, you must exit Sleep Mode. You can do this by tapping the earphones three times.

How do I turn off the earphones?
The earphones can be turned off by putting them in the case. They can also be turned off by pressing both earphones for 3 seconds

The touch controls do not respond
Sleep Mode is turned on. In this mode, touch controls are disabled. Press your earbud 3 times to switch back to music mode.

I cannot find the Golden Sound Sleep among Bluetooth devices
The Golden Sound Sleep Buds always connect to the last connected device. They may be connected to another device. If not: do a reset and make sure your Bluetooth is on.

Why do the Golden Sound Buds no longer automatically connect to my phone?
Usually you have applied a factory reset unintentionally. You do this by tapping your earbud twice when they are not connected to a device. Connect again and they will automatically connect to your device again.

he earbuds do not disconnect in the chargin g case
The charging case is then empty. The Golden Sound Sleep Buds will only disconnect in the case when the case is charged.

Perform reset:
To reset the earphones, the earphones must not be connected to a device via Bluetooth.

1.  Place both earphones in the case
2. Remove both earphones from the case
3. Double click on one of the earphones (you will see a white light come on for 3 seconds)

5. The earphones have been reset!
