VALVE BODY FAILURE REPAIR

Release the top 4 handwheel levers (b) counter-clockwise by hand to take off the knobs. Next take out the hole plug (c) at the bottom of temperature handle, then use 2.5 mm hex tool to release the screw (d) to take off hand cover.Remove and keep the black plastic circle (a) ti ll the final finish of installation and temperature adjustment.

Turn off the water supply. Determine pipe length and depth. Set up the water lines properly based on the actual condition. The above diagram for plumber reference (Must pay attention- left is hot, right is cold ).

Drill 4 positioning holes for the valve body. The above diagram for your reference.

Hanmer the 4 expansion screws into the holes.

Fix the valve body with 4 positioning screws.

Use copper sleeve wrench to tighten the screws.
-
Connect the hot/cold inlets and outlets properly. Open the water supply to check and test, ensure there is no leakage or blockage at each connection.

Temperature setting check.

Rotate the valve core clockwise or counterclockwise by hand to align the 2 marks on the valve core teeth (enlarged view A)

Attach the black gear ring on the valve core as picture directions (enlarged view B).

Install the handle and plug as picture shows.

Screw the handwheel into the handles.

Installation Steps Of Body Jets

Attach the cover plate to body jets.

Apply Teflon tape to threaded tail of the body jets.

Use a wrench to screw the jet heads clockwise into the body spray outlets.
Installation Steps Of Hand Shower

Wrap supply elbow thread with Teflon tape and attach cover plate to it .

Screw the shower holder clockwise onto the hand-shower outlet.
-
Place rubber washers in both ends of the hose.
Connect the shower hose to the supply elbow and shower head. Note the ends of shower hose to be connected correctly.

Please screw the M5X20 screws out using the allen wrench.

Separate the shower assembly from the bracket.

Cut Koles at a suitable position under the ceiling Refer to the basic size of the product.

Refer to the basic size of the product drill 4-Ø 10 holes at a suitable position under the ceiling.

Play the explosion screw heads into the 4 hole with a hammer.
-
Use a socket wrench to remove the lock nut spring washer, and flat washer counterclockwise.
-
Move the bracket upwards so that the four expansion screw heads pass through the four holes of the bracket respectively.
-
Install the washer and spring washer with explosive screw heads, and then use The copper sleeve wrench locks the nut to the bracket, and the bracket is flush with the ceiling.

Remove the gypsum board of the ceiling if have, and then connect the 1/2 water inlet hoses(male side) through the hole on the side wall of the bracket to the water inlet hole on the ceiling.

Put elbow water hoses through the bracket crossbar and then connect it with the Three-way joint. Put the wire converter head into the controller.

Insert the Power Plug sub head into the female end of the wire conversion head and plug the Power Plug into the plug board.

Use a allen wrench to lock the shower panel on the bracket. Then test the rain and waterfall functions working normally or not.
At last install the gypsum board.
