INTENDED USE: LevMed AllBrandTM ECG Electrode Belt is a reusable
accessory intended to be used with ECG devices for short-term 12-lead rest ECG
recordings for adults and pediatrics.
WARNINGS AND CAUTIONS
- Do not use this device for any purpose other than the stated intended use.
- Remove device before performing defibrillation.
- LevMed ECG Belt is intended to be used for rest ECG recordings, make sure the patient is relaxed, lying still, on a flat surface.
- Stay away from devices that create strong electromagnetic fields.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
- Do not use LevMed ECG belt on irritated or damaged skin.

DEVICE DESCRIPTION
LevMed AllBrandTM ECG Belt is a system of ECG electrodes cast in a hyper- flexible silicone that is similar to ECG V1-V6 pre-cordial electrodes. The Belt is flexible and can be stretched to fit all body shapes and sizes, men and women alike; when fitted to the chest, it stretches to the required proportions, and the distance between the electrodes is automatically set. The Belt can be connected to any standard ECG patient cable. -

CLEANING & DISINFECTION
Wipe the LevMed ECG Belt with disinfectant wipe after each patient. Use only disinfectants that are dedicated for use on medical devices.
Caution: Do not use disinfectants containing petrol.
WARRANTY
LevMed Ltd. warranty applies to the silicone components of the ECG Belt for a
period of 12 months from the date of purchase or 15 months from the date of
production, whichever is shorter. Cables, internal wires, electrodes, plastic
parts, and other parts integrated within the ECG Belt are covered by warranty
for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase or 6 months from the date
of production, whichever is shorter. Warranty does not apply to any
accessories supplied.
This warranty does not include or cover malfunctions caused by unreasonable
use, noncompliance with user and maintenance instructions, or damage caused by
unauthorized or unqualified repairs.
