DIGITAL DISPLAY SMART HAND-HELD WELDING MACHINE
Introduction
The handheld welding machine of this product series adopts the international leading MCU intelligent digital integrated circuit control. The appearance of the welding machine breaks through the traditional design concept, and it is the first subversive product in the welding machine industry. The core function is realized by software. It is an intelligent all-digital welding machine with multi-function LCD display. It has simple operation and supports multiple welding functions, and its basic performance is superior to that of traditional welding machines.

Safety Warnings:

c) Risk induced by welding sparks: Welding sparks can cause explosion or fire.
Keep flammables away from welding. Do not weld near flammables. Welding sparks
can cause fires. Have a fire extinguisher nearby and have a watchperson ready
to use it. Do not weld on drums or any closed containers.
d) Risk induced by the arc: Arc rays can burn eyes and injure skin. Wear hat
and safety glasses. Use ear protection and button shirt collar. Use welding
helmet with correct shade of filter. Wear complete body protection.
e) Risk induced by electromagnetic fields: Welding current produces
electromagnetic field. Do not use with medical implants. Never coil welding
cables around your body.

inside home, garage or other enclosed spaces, even if doors and windows are

Fire
Welding sparks may cause fire, please make sure there is no flammable material near the welding station. -
Noise – Excessive noise is harmful to human hearing!
1). Protect your ears, use ear shields or wear other hearing protection.
2). Warn bystanders of potential hearing damage from noise. -
Malfunctions – When in trouble, seek professional help!

Performance characteristics
3.1 Advanced IGBT inverter technology
The inverter frequency is 45 KHz, which significantly reduces the volume and
weight of the welding machine. The main circuit uses IGBT with strong impact
resistance as the power device, which is smaller and more reliable.
Significantly reduced copper and iron loss, which obviously improves the

3.9 Perfect automatic recording function
This machine can count the cumulative number of power-on times, cumulative
power-on time, cumulative welding time, cumulative argon arc welding time,
cumulative manual welding time, cumulative alarm times, cumulative overheating
times, cumulative under voltage times, cumulative overvoltage times and other
data. Stored in FLASH memory for long-term preservation, providing a basis for
maintenance.
Welding Machine Instructions:
4.1 After the welding machine is plugged into the power supply, the
equipment is in a dormant standby state, and there is no display on the
screen. At this time, press and hold the multi-function knob on the welding
machine (press and hold for 1 second), and the device screen displays the boot
screen and enters the power-on self-test process.
After the self-test is passed, the screen displays the interface as shown in
Figure (1), and the welding machine enters the working state at the same time
and the cooling fan inside the unit should start working immediately. In the
working state, press and hold the multi-function knob again (press and hold
for 3 seconds) the device shuts down and the screen turns off, the welding
machine enter the standby hibernation state.
4.2 Select the multi-function knob to determine the appropriate welding
current according to the thickness of the welding workpiece, the diameter of
the electrode, the station and the process needs.
4.3 In the working state of the welding machine, through the multi-
function knob, the welding machine enters the parameter setting page as shown
in figure (2). In this page, the user can understand the functions of the
welding machine and how to use it.
4.4 The machine is equipped with a prevent electric shock device, set the VRD option to “ON” in the parameter setting inter face. At this time, the VRD function is turned on; When the VRD option is in the “OFF” position, the VRD function is turned off, and the no-load voltage is 75V. If the machine has the VRD function, and the VRD option is always in “ON” state, the no-load voltage is lower than 18V, the output terminal will not cause harm to the human body.
4.5 Environmental requirement:
- The welding operation should be carried out in a relatively dry environment, and the air humidity should generally not exceed 90%.
- Ambient temperature should be -10°C between 40°C.
- Avoid welding in sunlight or rain, and do not let water or rain seep into the welding machine
- Avoid welding in dusty areas or environments containing corrosive gases
Start-up troubleshooting
The power-on system will automatically detect the grid voltage, and the machine is normal. If there are abnormal factors in the machine, the computer system will detect and jump out of the fault code. The display is as follows
- If the voltage is abnormal when the power is turned on, press and hold the power button to restart (you can also unplug the power plug, etc. after the interface is black, plug it in and press the power button to start)
- If it is in use, the interface displays: self-check over current. On behalf of the machine welding positive and negative short-circuit protection, the positive and negative poles are separated, restart and use normally
- If an abnormal temperature appears on the interface during use, it means that the internal components of the machine have reached the highest temperature protection value. There is no need to shut down and wait for about forty seconds.
Forced air intake by the fan will reduce the temperature of the internal components. Can be welded normally

6.1 Hot start
Click the function knob interface to display arcing Click the knob again and
turn it clockwise
Increase the arc current. Set the appropriate arcing current and click the
knob again to exit the arcing function, and turn clockwise to the next
function
Arc starting: The current can increase the short-circuit current value, make
the welding rod difficult to bond with the workpiece, facilitate the smooth
transfer of the droplet, and facilitate the welding. Hot arc ignition current
can increase the success rate of arc ignition and increase the short-circuit
current at the moment of short circuit to facilitate arc ignition.
Electric welding machine uses electric energy to convert electric energy into
heat energy instantly. Electricity is very common. Electric welding machine is
suitable for working in a dry environment. It does not require much. Because
of its small size, simple operation, convenient use, and faster speed, it is
welded after welding. The advantages of strong seam are widely used in various
fields;
It is especially practical for parts that require high strength. It can
instantly connect the same metal material (also can connect dissimilar metals,
but the welding method is different) permanently. After heat treatment, the
weld seam will have the same strength as the base metal and be sealed. Very
good, this solves the problems of sealing and strength for the manufacture of
storage gas and liquid containers.
- For the first use, it is recommended to set the current at 5%, and then adjust the current according to the depth of the welding groove of the workpiece
6.2 Force

function, and turn clockwise to the next function
Thrust; is the current flowing between the welding rod and the welding
workpiece. The larger the thrust current, the faster the welding rod will
melt. This function is suitable for use at low voltage. The workpiece has a
deeper welding pool.
The thrust current is the current that generates a thrust between the welding
workpiece and the welding rod during continuous welding. The magnitude of this
current is determined by the individual.
- For the first use, it is recommended to set the current at 5%, and then adjust the current according to the depth of the welding groove of the workpiece

Anti-touch: When this function is turned on, the open voltage of the welder
will be reduced to 15v to make it reach a low voltage state that is safe for
the human body
6.6 Model
Click the function knob to rotate to the mode interface display click the knob
again and turn it clockwise to change the switch between acid electrode and
alkaline electrode, CC stands for acid electrode use mode, CP stands for
alkaline electrode use mode, Otherwise, the welding effect will be much
worse, If you accidentally make a mistake, it will only cause poor welding
effect, and the function of the welding machine will not be affected
Set the acid-base electrode mode, click the knob again to exit the arc

8.2 Overall appearance description & Specific operation process:

When the temperature of the machine reaches 88 ℃, the machine will
automatically display overheat protection, enter the protection state, and
stop the output. The fan will operate normally.
When the temperature of the machine drops to 55 ℃, it can be used normally
again.

Use the power connection

Use the power connection
The output of this machine is constant current. The volt-ampere
characteristic curve reflects the maximum output voltage and maximum output
current. Other welding parameters are within the range of this curve. The
volt-ampere characteristic curves of various welding modes are shown in the
figure below.
Daily maintenance:
Warning: Before maintenance, be sure to turn off the power and unplug
the plug
11.1 Regularly blow off dust with dry and clean compressed air. If the welding
machine is used in an environment with heavy smoke and air pollution, the
welding machine should be dedusted every month.
11.2 The pressure of the compressed air should be at a reasonable level so as
not to damage the small components in the welding machine.
11.3 Regularly check the internal circuit connection of the welding machine,
confirm that the circuit is connected correctly, and the connector is firm
(especially the connector or component inserted).
11.4 Rust and loose, sandpaper should be used to sand off the rust layer or
oxide film, reconnect, and tighten.
11.5 Avoid water or water vapor entering the inside of the welding machine. If
this happens, the inside of the welding machine should be dried. Then, use a
megohmmeter to measure the insulation conditions (including between connection
points and between connection points and enclosures). Welding work can be
continued only if it is confirmed that there is no abnormality.
11.6 If the welding machine is not used for a long time, the welding machine
should be returned to the original packing box and stored in a dry
environment.
11.7 Users cannot disassemble the machine by themselves! No part of the
product needs to be repaired by the user. If any part is damaged (such as the
power cord), please go to the service center and be repaired by professionals!
