Motor problems

| 1. Cable connection error / cable is connected incorrectly / incorrect order. Disconnect the power cable. Remove the cover and check the networking of the motor cable. Correct any potentially incorrect connections. Re-connect the power cable. Refer to “Process 14” in the assembly instructions for reference.

2. Motor failure. Disconnect the power cable. Wait for 20 minutes. Then reconnect the power cable to the power supply and try to operate the table again. If it does not work, the motor must be replaced.

Transmission protection / assembly error

| 1. One of the table legs was mounted upside down. Place the table upside down on the floor and swap the table leg. If the table legs are at the same height, the assembly is correct. Also check that both table legs are connected to the center rail / connecting axis.

2. Motor transmission error / not enough voltage. Disconnect the power cable from the power supply. Wait for 20 minutes. Try again.

E31| Under voltage protection / under- supply| Disconnect the power cable from the power supply. Check that the cables are connected to the controller (compare “Process 14” in the assembly instructions). Reconnect the power cable to the power supply and try again.

OTHER ERRORS

Display issues – the display shows nothing| 1. The display does not show any numbers. Disconnect from power and reconnect.

2. The display shows nothing. Disconnect from power, reconnect. Check if the LED on the inter mediate plug is lit.

LED on inter mediate plug does not light| Note: The cable may be defective. Disconnect the power cable from thepower supply. Then reconnect.
Holes do not have the same position| Holes do not have the same position (for connection axis) – One side does not match the correct assembly direction / incorrectly assembled. See mark “E”. During assembly, turn the table leg until the markings match. See step 6 in the assembly instructions.
Only one of the table legs moves (height difference)

/ table legs have different heights

| 1. Place the table upside down on the floor. Manually adjust the table leg to the same height (remove the connecting axis, then reinsert it between the table legs, adjust the height by hand. Turn the crank until both legs are the same height. Set the lowest level). If both table legs are now connected to the center rail / connecting axis, the table should be functional again.

2. Loosen the center rail / connecting axis and turn it by hand in opposite directions until both table legs are the same height again. Then tighten again.

One of the table legs has fallen o ff| Assembly error. Look at the table leg. Inside, there should be a hole visible. Once you can see the hole, you must turn the center rail / connecting axis the other way around. Then connect manually. Once both legs are the same height at the lowest height setting, reconnect to the center rail / connecting axis.
The center rail / connecting axis cannot be adjusted.| Look at the construction again. In the middle of the table there is a small aluminum plate with holes provided for screws with hexagonal profile (see detail number 12, 13). If the accessories are missing or the assembly fails, contact the service. You will then receive additional accessories.
