Functions

Functions

  1. Power LED: Red light indicates power on.
  2. Front Channel High pass Frequency Control: This detented knob controls the frequency of the front Highpass output from 32 Hz to 8KHz
  3. Multiplier: This switch multiplies the Front Channel Highpass Frequency Control from either 32-400Hz (x 1) to 600-8kHz(x20). Switch to the left to multiply (x 1) and to the right to multiply (x20).
  4. Parallel Input: This switch combines the Front and Rear inputs if only one RCA pair is available for signal input. Switch to the left to PARALLEL INPUT inputs and to the right to use separate inputs.
  5. Rear Channel High pass Frequency Control: This detented knob controls the frequency of the Rear Highpass output from 32-400Hz
  6. Phase: This switch allows you to invert the subwoofer phase from 0 to 180’.
  7. Sub Frequency Control: This detented knob controls the frequency of the Sub woofer output from 32-400Hz.
  8. Bass Boost: This knob allows for a boost at 40Hz up to 12dB.
  9. Level: Allows you to control level up to 18dB.
  10. MODE: Change the Sub woofer output from stereo to mono
Functions

Functions

  1. Front Input: Gold plated RCA inputs. Plug in the RCA cables from the front channel of your radio here.
  2. Rear Input: Gold plated RCA inputs. Plug in the RCA cables from the Rear channel of your radio here.
  3. Mixed Output: Gold plated RCA inputs. Plug in the RCA cables here to get mixed in or out signal from the front input. You can use this to feed another crossover using same signal from radio.
  4. Sub Low Pass: Gold plated RCA outputs. Run the RCA cable to the Sub woofer amplifier RCA input.
  5. Remote Sub Level: Plug the remote sub level control into this jack. Run the remote sub level control to a position in the passenger area to allow control of the sub level.
  6. Rear High Pass: Gold plated RCA outputs. Run the RCA cable to the Rear Speaker or mid range speaker amplifier RCA input.
  7. Front High Pass: Gold plated RCA outputs. Run the RCA cable to the Front speaker or tweeter amplifier RCA input.
  8. Power: After connecting the Power, Ground and Remote wires to the Power lock connector, plug the connector in here.

Mounting

To prevent damage to the crossover while driving, mount it in a secure place. Choosing the appropriate location will depend upon your vehicle and the complexity of your system design. Typical mounting locations for your new crossover include the trunk or passenger compartment (floor or under seat). Never mount the component in a location that would subject it to immersion or exposure to water.
Once a location has been chosen, securely mount the crossover with four mounting screws. Be Careful! Inspect the area underneath to be sure you are not drilling into wires, etc. that could be damaged by the drill bit or screws.

Troubleshooting

TroubleshootingTroubleshooting

LOW OUTPUT FROM ONE BAND
Check crossover frequencies for low pass points set higher than high pass points and check gain control on the affected amplifier(s). If low output is still a problem contact your local authorized dealer.
