Thank you for choosing the Smart Inflator Pump. Please read this user manual carefully before use and keep this manual in a safe place for future reference. (Note: Please fully charge before first use.)

Safety Precautions

  1. Please use proper hearing protection as this inflator pump produces noise above 75dB.
DO NOT touch the inflator pump to avoid burns and allow it to cool down before further use as the temperature at the connection between the air tube and the body will rise after prolonged operation.

  2. This inflator pump is not a toy and should not be used by children. It is recommended for users aged 16 years and above. Maintain a safe distance  between children and the inflator pump during the inflation process.

  3. This inflator pump has the built-in non-removable battery. Do not throw the product into fire or discard it arbitrarily. Lithium batteries pose a risk of fire and natural explosions when overheated, impacted, or exposed to water. Avoid direct sunlight in hot environments such as inside a car.

  4. The storage temperature of this inflator pump should not be lower than -10°C or higher than 45°C. Extreme cold or heat can shorten the lifespan and damage the built-in battery.

  5. It is recommended to charge this inflator pump at least once every 3 months as leaving the product idle for a long time may damage the battery.

  6. DO NOT use this inflator pump in flammable or explosive environments as it has a built-in DC motor, which may generate sparks during operation.

  7. Please immediately turn the inflator pump off if it makes abnormal noises or becomes excessively hot during operation.

  8. Please make sure to select the correct unit of measurement before setting the inflation pressure value to avoid accidents such as tire bursts.

  9. Common unit conversions: 1 bar = 14.5 psi, 1 bar = 100 kPa, 1 psi = 1 lbs.

  10. During inflation, DO NOT leave the inflator pump unattended and observe the inflation process to prevent excessive pressure when the preset pressure is not set.

  11. Please try tightening the handle and restarting the inflator pump if any abnormal conditions occur. If it fails to return to normal, please feel free to contact us.

  12. Please use a safe and certified 5V/2A adapter and compliant charging cable to charge this product.

How to Use

  1. Installation Before Use
A: Rotate and screw the high-pressure air hose into the air hose connector.
B: Rotate and connect the handle to the main body.

  2. Power ON/OFF
    Power ON:
Toggle the side switch to the first or second gear to enter the standby mode. If the inflator pump is not activated within 4 minutes in the standby mode, it will auto shut down. To restart, toggle the switch again.
Power OFF: In the power-on state, turn back the switch to power off the inflator pump.

  3. Connecting the High-Pressure Air Hose to the Nozzle
Note: Power on before connecting the air hose. Only connect the hose after the power-on process is complete; otherwise, it may result in incorrect pressure readings.

    American Nozzle:
American nozzles are used for mountain bikes, electric bikes, motorcycles, and cars.
Inflation: Connect the American nozzle on the high-pressure air hose to the American nozzle interface for inflation.
Deflation: Press the nozzle on the high-pressure air hose against the valve stem of thetire for deflation.

French Nozzle: French nozzles are used for road bikes and some mountain bikes. Inflation:

1. Connect the French nozzle adapter to the American nozzle interface on the high-pressure air hose.
2. Loosen the screw on the tire’s French nozzle.
3. Connect the French nozzle to the adapter for inflation

Deflation:
Unscrew the screw on the French nozzle and press the nozzle to release air

Air Mattress Copper Nozzle: air mattress copper nozzles are used for the air mattress.
Inflation: Securely attach the air mattress copper nozzle to the American nozzle interface and insert it into the air mattress inflation hole for inflation.

Ball Needle: The ball needle is used for inflating basketballs, footballs, and other
sports balls. Inflation: Attach the ball needle to the American nozzle interface and insert the needle into the ball inflation hole for inflation. Deflation: Insert the ball needle into the ball deflation hole to release air.

  1. Checking Air Pressure
With the inflator pump powered on and the high-pressure air hose connected tot he inflation pressure measurement object, the current pressure is displayed on the inflator pump’s screen.

  2. Checking Inflation Pressure
Note: To ensure safety, before inflating, consult the user manual or other sources to determine the recommended inflation pressure for the item being inflated. Avoid overinflating, which can cause explosions and personal injuries.
    Tires:
The acceptable tire pressure range for cars, bicycles, and motorcycles is typically indicated on the tire sidewall. The recommended tire pressure for cars is often displayed on the inner wall of the driver’s side door jamb. Inflation pressure varies with the weight of the load. For more detailed pressure recommendations, refer thevehicle’s user manual.
Sports Balls: The recommended inflation pressure for sports balls such as footballs, basketballs, and volleyballs is usually indicated near the inflation hole
Common Recommended Inflation Pressure for Various Products:

Product Category Product Types Recommended Pressure Range
Cars Small car tires 2.2-2.8 bar
Motorcycles motorcycle and electric motorcycle tires 1.8-3.0 bar
**** Bicycles 12, 14, 16-inch bicycle tires 30-50 psi
20, 22, 24-inch bicycle tires 40-50 psi

+: After selecting the inflation mode, short press “+” or “-” to adjust the preset pressure value. Long press “+” or “-” for quick adjustment of the pressure value.
-: When adjusting the preset pressure value, a flashing  number indicates the target pressure adjustment status, while a steady number indicates the real-time pressure.

  2. Inflation
    Starting Inflation:

Short press the OK Button to start inflation, and the digital display shows thermal-time pressure changes during inflation. During inflation, it will produce noise of 75-80 decibels, so please wear hearing protection. During prolonged operation, the high-pressure device and the body will experience noticeable temperature increase, so avoid prolonged contact with the high- pressure air hose using your hand.
    Stopping Inflation:
When the pressure reaches the preset pressure value, the inflator pump auto stops inflation. During inflation, you can also press the Power ON/OFF Button to stop inflation.
    Important Reminder:
After continuous inflation for 10 minutes, the inflator pump will auto shut down. Allow it to rest for 10 minutes to cool down before restarting to avoid damaging internal components. For balloons, toy balls, swimming rings, and other products with inflation pressure lower than the range of the  inflator, they cannot be auto stopped by the preset pressure. Please use them with caution.

  3. Removing the Nozzle
The temperature of the air hose will be relatively high after inflation, so be careful not to burn yourself when removing the nozzle. There may be slight air leakage when removing the nozzle, so please remove it quickly to reduce the loss of air
