Product Information

The 4-in-1 SD Card Reader is a versatile device that allows you to read SD and Micro SD (TF) cards on various devices. It is compatible with iOS devices, Android devices, and PCs. The card reader is made of PC material, weighs 13g, and has dimensions of 58399.5 mm. It supports memory card formats such as Exfat and Fat32.

Product Usage Instructions

For iOS Devices:

  1. Find the Files app on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. If the Files app is not available, go to the App Store and download the correct Files app by Apple.
  3. For iOS 9.2-12.4 Users: Insert the memory card into the card reader. In the Photos app, select the photos or videos taken by the digital camera to import them into the album.
  4. For iOS 13 and Later Users: Manually open the Files app to save photos and videos from the memory card to the album.
  5. iOS 13 and Later Users can also download photos or videos from iPhone or iPad to SD card.

For Android Devices:
Simply connect the Card Reader to your Android device. No need to download any app. Make sure the OTG function is enabled in your phone’s settings. If your phone doesn’t work, go to Android Settings and enable OTG connection.

For PC:
No need to download any app. Simply connect the Card Reader to your PC.

Additional Information:

  • If you want to import RAW photos, select only RAW photos when taking photos with a digital camera.
  • Wi-Fi SD cards are not supported. Only standard SD cards can be used.
  • If you have photos on your SD card but cannot see them when importing, it may be because the photos were not taken with a digital camera. Upgrade your iOS system to iOS 13 to read photos and videos through the Files app.
  • To read the memory card of Dash Cams, drones, and sport cameras, upgrade your iOS to iOS 13 and view the contents in the Files app.
  • If your iPad has a USB-C interface, make sure it is enabled in iOS 13 or later system. It needs to be operated in Photos or Files.
  • If your phone case is thick, remove it before inserting it into the card reader. Transfer files in batches for better use, and avoid disconnecting directly during file transfer.

How to download photos? Photos app will pop up. You can view the photos and

choose to
download them on your iPhone or iPad.| Photos app will not pop up. You can find the photos from the
Photos app or the Files app.
Can I have a quick photo viewer?| You can directly view the full resolution by long pressing the
thumbnail in the Photos app.| With the Photos app, you can directly view the full resolution
by long pressing the thumbnail.

FAQ

  1. lf you want to import RAW photos, when taking photos with a digital camera, instead of selecting one photo to keep both formats, select only RAW photos.
  2. Wi-Fi SD card is not supported.It is not standard SD card.
  3. If you have photos on your SD card, but you don’t see the photo when importing, it’s because your photo was not taken with a digital camera. If the photos and videos were taken by a digital camera, but still can’t be read, it is recommended that you upgrade your iOS system to iOS 13, then you can read photos and videos through the Files APP.
  4. If you want to read the memory card of the Dash Cam (Dashboard Camera Recorder), drone, and sport camera, you can upgrade your ios to iOS 13, and then view the contents of the memory card in the Files APP.
    If the phone case is thick, you need to remove the phone case and insert it into the card reader.
    For better use, please transfer files in batches. Please do not disconnect directly during file transfer.
