Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the device. -
Use only as described in this user manual. Do not carry out any maintenance other than that shown in this manual.

Suitable for dry locations ONLY. Do not use outdoors or on wet surfaces.

Use only Tikom recommended accessories and replacement parts.

Do not use without the Dust Cup and filter(s) in place.

Unplug from the outlet when not in use for extended periods and before maintenance or servicing.

Use extra care when cleaning on stairs.

Do not install, charge or use this device outdoors, in a bathroom or within 10 feet (3 meters) of apool. Do not use on wet surfaces and do not expose to moisture, rain or snow.

Use only Tikom provided chargers for charging this Tikom device, which there is Tikom logo on the charger. Use only Tikom batteries: other types of batteries may burst, causing injury to persons, damage and fire.

Always turn ‘‘OFF’ the device before connecting or disconnecting the Motorized Cleaner Head .

FIRE WARNING – Do not place this product on or near a cooker or any other hot surface and do not incinerate this device even if it is severely damaged. The battery might catch fire or explode.

FIRE WARNING – Do not apply any fragrance or scented product to the filter(s) of this device. The chemicals in such products are known to be flammable and can cause the device to catch fire.

Do not use a battery pack or device that is damaged or modified. Damaged or modified batteries may exhibit unpredictable behavior resulting in fire, explosion or risk of injury.

Do not expose a battery pack or device to fire or excessive temperature. Exposure to fire or temperature above 266 °F may cause explosion.

Follow all charging instructions and do not charge the battery pack or device outside of the temperature range specified in the manual. Charging improperly or at temperatures outside of the specified range may damage the battery and increase the risk of fire.

The battery is a sealed unit and under normal circumstances poses no safety concerns. Liquid ejected from the battery may cause irritation or burns. In the unlikely event that liquid leaks from the battery do not touch the liquid and observe the following precautions:
— Skin contact – can cause irritation. Wash with soap and water.
— Inhalation – can cause respiratory irritation. Expose to fresh air and seek medical advice.
— Eye contact – can cause irritation. Immediately flush eyes thoroughly with water for at least 15 minutes. Seek medical attention.
— Disposal – wear gloves to handle the battery and dispose of immediately, following local ordinances or regulations,

Battery Level LED Indicators
Important Tips Before Usage
For indoors use only, please don’t use outdoors. Before vacuuming, please remove tissue, socks or other big size things on floor, these will clog the Vacuum Cleaner. Don’t vacuum anything that Is burning or smoking, such as cigarettes, matches, or fireplace ash, these will damage plastic or rubber on Vacuum Cleaner, and cause to malfunction. Do not put hands or finger near the Brush when the machine is in use. Don’t place Vacuum Cleaner near heat sources or open flames, like cooker. DOU’T vacuum water or liquids, these will damage built-in Motor of Vacuum Cleaner.
Empty as soon as the debris reaches the “MAX” line in Dust Cup- don’t
overfill.
Using the Vacuum Cleaner when the debris is above the MAX line in Dust Cup may
cause the debris to reach the HEPA Filter or brushless motor , which would
damage Vacuum Cleaner. Vacuum Cleaner need maintenance Frequently, including
clean Motorized Cleaner Head, clean Dust Cup(including Cyclone Unit ) and
clean HEPA Filter or change new HEPA Filter, Otherwise suction power of Vacuum
Cleaner will be decreased.
Installation
4.2 Battery Installation
Slide the battery into the slot at the bottom of the main body. The battery will click into position when correctly fitted.
4.3 Wall Dock Installation Diagram
Determine the best wall location for mounting the dock.
We recommend placing it 49–57 inch(125–145cm) from the screw hole to the floor
(may need to be adjusted based on the actual situation).
Use the supplied Screws and Plastic Expansion Anchor provided to fix the dock
to the wall.
Could install Vacuum Cleaner, Crevice Tool and soft dusting brush onto wall dock.
Charging
Fully charge the Vacuum Cleaner before using it for the first time.
There is 2 Charging Methods
Method 1:
Charging the Vacuum Cleaner directly with the charger.
Note:
- For safety, Vacuum Cleaner couldn’t work and charging in the same time.
- When Vacuum Cleaner is charging, press on/off button wouldn’t work.
- When Vacuum Cleaner is working, once charger is connected, Vacuum Cleaner will automatically stop working.
Method 2:
Charge the battery pack alone.
- Press and hold the release button at the side of the battery, and take out battery from Vacuum Cleaner.
- Charging the battery with charger.
Battery Level LED Indicator (when Charging)
Note:
-
It takes 4–5 hours to reach a full charge.
-
The battery temperature depends on the usage conditions such as the ambient temperatures and usage times, etc.
If the battery temperature is high, then it might take longer to charge it because it automatically waits until it reaches temperature suitable for charging. (The maximum is about 6 hours). -
If the Vacuum Cleaner is not going to be used for more than 2 months, fully charge the Vacuum Cleaner and store it in a cool and dry place,
How to use
-
Choosing the brush according to your need.
Motorized Cleaner Head with LED light
Suitable for vacuuming on the med/short pile carpets, tiles and floors.
Crevice Tool
Suitable for vacuuming cracks, corners of doors and windows, stairs, and other hard to-reach places.
Soft Dusting Brush
Suitable for vacuuming curtains, keyboards, ceilings, sofas, vehicle interiors, tables, and other place. -
If you use Extension Wand with brush, please help to adjust wand length to your ideal length by press Length Adjustment Button.

Press On/Off Button to power on Vacuum Cleaner and press Suction Level Switch Button to change suction level.

Different suction level , have different working time.
After battery is full charged, Battery Level LED indicator display 3 static blue light on, Low level could work about 50mins, Medium level could work about 30mins, High level could work about 15mins.
Above working time is just for reference, will decrease after long time usage.
Note:
The Vacuum Cleaner contains a removable rechargeable lithium-ion battery pack which has a limited number of recharge cycles.
After extended use, the battery pack may no longer hold a charge and Vacuum Cleaner working time would be too short,
If this happens, it means the battery pack has reached the end of its life cycle and needs to be replaced. Please contact with our customer service support.us2@tikom.cc for battery replacement. -
When vacuuming, please help to attention some tips as instructed at page 7.
Note:
-
There is “MAX” line on Dust Cup which indicate highest volume of Dust Cup.
Using the Vacuum Cleaner when the debris is above the MAX line in Dust Cup may cause the debris to reach the HEPA Filter or brushless motor , which would damage Vacuum Cleaner.
So please help to empty Dust Cup in time, once debris is near “MAX” line on Dust Cup. -
There is Anti-static Contact on the handle of Vacuum Cleaner.
This contact is to protect Vacuum Cleaner and human from static electricity discharge.
Please don’t worry, any static electricity discharge is not hazardous to health. -
If suction power is weaken, please help to clean Dust Cup, Cyclone Unit, HEPA Filter and Motorized Cleaner Head as instructed at page 17 to 20.
Cleaning & Maintenance
7.1 Cleaning & Replacement Frequency

Clean Motorized Cleaner Head| 1. Once per week; if too much pet hair, 2 times
per week.
2. Each time when Brush Roll is stuck which LED indication will flash 3 red
light in the same time..
3. Act when meet above any condition.
7.2 Empty Dust Cup
Empty as soon as the debris reaches the “MAX” line in Dust Cup.
Using the Vacuum Cleaner when the debris is above the MAX line in Dust Cup may
cause the debris to reach the HEPA Filter or brushless motor, which would
damage Vacuum Cleaner.
There is 2 method to empty Dust Cup.
Method 1:

Press “Wand Release Button” to remove Extension Wand.
-
Push “”Dust Cup Cap Open Button” to open Dust Cup Cap and throw away the debris.
-
Close the Dust Cup Cap, firmly press until hear a “click” .
Method 2 :
-
Push “Dust Cup Release Button” to take off Dust Cup from Vacuum Cleaner.
-
Push “Dust Cup Cap Open Button” to open Dust Cup Cap and throw away the debris.
-
Close the Dust Cup Cap, firmly press until hear a “click” .
-
Install Dust Cup onto Vacuum Cleaner.
7.3 Clean HEPA Filter, Dust Cup & Cyclone Unit
-
Push “Dust Cup Release Button” to take off Dust Cup from Vacuum Cleaner.
-
Take off the Cyclone Unit and HEPA Filter from the Dust Cup.
-
Use supplied Cleaning Brush to clean HEPA Filter, Please don’t use water to wash HEPA Filter,
-
Use knife on supplied Cleaning Brush to remove hair entangled on the Cyclone Unit.
-
Disassemble Cyclone Unit to 3 parts, HEPA Holder, Cyclone Filter and Cyclone Body.
-
Wash the Dust Cup and Cyclone Unit by water,
-
Air dry Dust Cup and Cyclone Unit at least 24hours,
-
Assembly HEPA Holder, Cyclone Body and Cyclone Filter to Cyclone Unit.
-
Install Cyclone Unit and HEPA Filter into the Dust Cup.
-
Install Dust Cup onto Vacuum Cleaner.
Note:
Make sure to put the Back-Flow Prevention Rubber inside the Dust Cup.
Otherwise Debris could be easily fallen out from Dust Cup and also when Vacuum
Cleaner vacuuming, Debris couldn’t enter Dust Cup.
7.4 Clean Motorized Cleaner Head
-
Press”Cleaner Head Release Button”to remove Cleaner Head.
-
Push the Release Switch on the bottom of Cleaner Head to ” ” and Press Buckle of Brush Roll would bounce up.
-
Take out Brush Roll from Cleaner Head.
-
Use knife on supplied Cleaning Brush to remove hair entangled on the Brush Roll.
-
Install the round side of Brush Roll with the axie-shaped connector on the Cleaner Head firstly.
-
On the other side of Brush Roll, please make sure the arc-shaped part is downward when install into Cleaner Head.
-
Press the buckle and a “click” sound will be heard once the buckle has fixed Brush Roll onto Cleaner Head well.
Troubleshooting
8.1 Alarm & Solution

by foreign things, Please help to check and clean Cleaner Head as instructed
at page 19–20.
| 3 Blue LED lights flash. It means that there is blockage in the Vacuum
Cleaner, please help to do as below.
1. Empty Dust Cup.
2. Disassemble Vacuum Cleaner to Extension Wand, Cleaner Head and Cleaner 3.
Use eyes to check if there is blockage in the Extension Wand , Cleaner Head
and Cleaner as below picture.
4. If there is blockage, please help to remove blockage from Vacuum Cleaner.
| 3 Purple LED lights flash. It means that there is short-circuit in device
hardware, please help to contact with our customer service

8.2 Frequently Asked Question
Problem | Possible Reasons | Solution |

Battery indicator does not flash when charging the
Vacuum Cleaner or battery.| The used adapter is not the original one.| Please
charge the Vacuum Cleaner with the original adapter on which there is Mom
logo.
The adapter is not Plugged into outlet firmly.| Make sure the charging adapter
is plugged properly with the outlet, and the charging connector is plugged
into the charging port of the battery.
No Power at outlet.| Check outlet or change new outlet.
The battery pack or adapter malfunctions.| Please contact with our customer

Charging is too slow| Battery temperature is too high.| Normally it takes 4-5
hours to reach a full charge.

If the battery temperature is high after using or ambient temperatures is
high, then it might take longer to charge it because it automatically waits
until battery reaches temperature suitable for charging.
The Maximum is about 6 hours.
The Vacuum Cleaner can not be powered| The battery runs out| Please charge the
Vacuum Cleaner with the original adapter.
The battery pack is not attached correctly.| Remove and reattach back the
battery pack and make sure it is attached in place.
Battery is defect or other reason.| Please contact with our customer service

The Vacuum Cleaner stops working suddenly.| The battery runs out| Please
charge the Vacuum Cleaner with the original adapter.
The Cleaner Head gets stud| 3 Red lights will flash in the same time.

The air duct is blocked.| 3 Blue lights will flash, so please help to check
and remove blockage at Extension Wand , Cleaner Head and Cleaner as instructed

Working time is too short CM) after full charged.| Different suction level

is jammed or entangled by foreign objects, please help to clean Brush Roll as
instructed at page 19 to 20.
2.11 Brush Roll didn’t install properly, please remove Brush Roll and
reinstall it into Cleaner Head as instructed at page 19 to 20.
Cyclone Unit is blocked.| Please help to dean Cyclone Unit as instructed at
page 17 to 19.
Back-Row Prevention Rubber on the Dust Cup not inside Dust Cup.| Make sure to
put the Back-Flow Prevention Rubber inside the Dust Cup.
Otherwise Debris could be easily fallen out from
Dust Cup and also when Vacuum Cleaner vacuuming, Debris couldn’t enter Dust
Cup.
For detail, please check at page 19.
The battery runs out| Please fully charge the Vacuum Cleaner and try again.
Vacuum Cleaner makes an abnormal noise.| The air duct is blocked.| Please help
to check and remove blockage
at Extension Wand , Cleaner Head and Cleaner as instructed at page 21.
Foreign objects entangled on Brush Roll in Motorized Cleaner Head.| Please
help to check & clean Brush Roll as instructed at page 19 to 29.
