INSTRUCTIONS FOR /USE

TO REPLACE BATTERY
2PCS AAA batteries
1. Open battery case cover on the back of scale.
2. Take out the used batteries (with the aid of a sharp object, if needed)
3. Install new battery by putting one side of the battery and then pressing down the other side. Please take note to the polarity.

TO OPERATE SCALE
1. Please put the scale on a hard and flat surface.
2. Place bowl(i used) on the scale before turning on the unit.
3. Press and release ON/OFF button to tum on the unit.
4. Wait until LCD shows all information.

TO CONVERT WEIGHT UNIT
If the scale is with both measuring system of Metric (Kilograms,grams) and Imperial (pounds, ounces), you can press UNIT to convert between two systems during the course of weighing.
Remark: The unit system of scale depends on sales destination or the requirement of distrbutor.

“ZERO” OR “TARE” FUNCTION
To weigh different loads consecutively without removing loads from the scale.Put first load on the scale, get weight reading. Press /T button to reset the LCD reading to *0″ before adding next load. You can repeat this operation. -
Condition 1: “ZERO” function
When total sum of all loads on scale>4% of scale’s max.weight capacity.
(4%=80g when capacity is 2kg; 200g when capacity is 5kg)
LCD will show “—-” or “0g’” each time ZIT is pressed. “—-” means not stable, please wait for a moment. ‘0g” and meanwhie an icon ‘ZERO” on lower left comer of LCD mean ‘ZERO” function is active. Max. capacily remains unchanged.

Condition 2: “TARE” function
When total sum of all loads on scalet4% of scale’s max.weight capacity.
(4%=80g when capacity is 2kg; 200g when capacity is 5kg)
LCD will show “—-” or “0g” each time Z/T is pressed. “—-” means not stable, please wait for a moment, *0g” and meanwhile an icon “TARE” on upper left comer of LCD mean “TARE function s active. Max. capacity is reduced by total weight of allloads.

TO SET ALARM TIMER
1. Press T-SET to confirm and go to next dig.
2. After sefting time span, press T-SET to start counting down.
3. Press any key to stop counting down.
4. Press T-SET to clear time span.
5. When timer counts down to “00:00”, alarm will start “beeping’ for 60 times and the scale wil automatically shut off.
6. Max.ime span: 99:59 -
TEMPERATURE SENSOR
1. Current temperature is shown at the higher right corner of LCD.
2. Temperature range: 0~+40°C
3. Division: 0.5°C -
AUTO SHUT OFF
Auto shutoff occurs i display shows ‘0’or sho ws the same weight reacing for 2 minutes.

MANUAL SHUT OFF
To maximize battery lfe, always press ON/ OFF agai n to tum offthe scale after using. -
WARNING INDICATORS
1. Replace new battery.
2. Scale overload. Remove item to avoid damage. Max.weight capacity is indicated on the scale.
