Product Usage Instructions
- Ensure that the device is out of charge.
- Plug the included charging cable into the device’s charging port.
- Connect the other end of the charging cable to a power source.
- Leave the device to charge for at least one hour. This will allow it to reach an adequate charge level.
- After one hour, unplug the charging cable from the power source.
- Press the on/off button on the device to turn it off.
- Plug the charging cable back into the device’s charging port.
- Connect the other end of the charging cable to a power source again.

Troubleshooting steps
To find out the reason and check whether your device is charging properly, please do the following:
- Plug the device in and leave it to charge for at least one hour if it is out of charge.
- Unplug the device
- Press the on/Off button
- Plug the device in again
The indicator light should blink when you plug the device in if it is already switched on. When Morphée is switched off and you put it on charge, it is normal for the indicator light not to come on, because the device is switched off completely (including the indicator light) to save energy. Additionally, I would suggest charging your device with a different universal charger to check that the problem is not with the charger. Please let us know if different charger worked.
