To replace the tip, simply squeeze the old tip with two fingers and turn it counterclockwise until it unscrews. Then, place the new tip and turn it clockwise until it’s tight. 2. Warranty

Q: Why is this pencil incompatible with other iPad Mode ?

A: The pencil s featured with magnetically charging and can only work with iPad boasting magnetic charging function. So they are ONLY compatible with iPad Pro 11 inch 1/2/3/4, iPad Pro 12.9 inch 3/4/5/6, iPad Air inch 4/5, iPad Mini 6.

Q: Why the Pencil Can't Charge with My iPad?

A:1. Please confirm the iPad model is compatible with the pencil 2. Please remove the thick ipad case before charging. 3. Please tur off the pencil and reconnect it with bluetooth charging. 4. Please confirm the iPad charging works normally
