Button Description

Reset Switch

  1. First time to turn on the smartphone, slide ON the reset switch before pressing power button;
  2. Slide ON the reset switch when in charge;
  3. When gets stuck in some interface, slide it down to reset the smartphone;
  4. Can’t turn on after full charge, slide it down to reset the smartphone.

Power Button

  1. Long press to turn on the smartphone when it is off;
  2. Long press to turn off the smartphone when it is on;
  3. Short press to turn on/off the screen when the smartphone is on.

Safety and Warning

  • Before using this product, please read carefully all instructions for use, pay attention to these warnings, otherwise may result in personal injury or damage to the smartphone.
  • Please do not use this product in dusty and humid places to avoid the internal circuit failure of the smartphone toy.
  • Make sure that the local Power Adapter and electrical voltage are compatible with the product specification.
  • Please keep all accessories such as data cables out of the reach of children and pets. Accidental swallowing of accessories by children and pets may result in choking or other dangerous situations.
  • Do not allow children to charge the smartphone toy by themselves or close to the charging socket to prevent the risk of electric shock.

Maintenance and Care

  • Do not make this product and its accessories get strong shock or vibration, which may damage this product and its accessories and cause the product to malfunction.

  • Stop using the product before cleaning and maintenance.

  • Please use a clean, dry and soft cloth to clean your smart-phone toy screen.

  • To prolong the life of the battery, please keep the battery level in a state with power. When not in use, please turn off the product after being charged and place it in a cool, dry and shady place. Storage time should not exceed one month.
    Please charge again when over one month.

  • When charging is complete or not charging, please disconnect the charger from the product and unplug the charger from the charging socket. If the charger plug or charging cable is damaged, do not continue to use it to avoid electric shock or fire.

  • Please do not charge in the kitchen, bathroom and other high-temperature and high-humidity places, otherwise, it will lead to electric shock, fire and other dangers or damage the product.

  • Do not touch the charging cable, product or charger with wet hands to avoid product short circuit, malfunction or electric shock.

  • Do not submerge in water, not suitable for showering, bathing and swimming.

Battery Notice

Misuse of battery may lead to battery bursting, causing fire and chemical burns. Please read the following precautions carefully.

  • Please do not disassemble or modify the built-in battery by yourself to avoid damaging the battery, generating heat and causing fire.
  • Do not discard in fire or expose to high temperatures or places near heat sources. Do not leave the battery in direct sunlight for any length of time to avoid causing fire or explosion.

Operation Guide

Getting Start and Switching Off

  1. First time to turn on the smartphone toy, please slide ON the reset switch;
  2. Long press the power button to turn on the smartphone;
  3. Long press the power button to switch off the smartphone when it is on;
  4. When the smartphone gets stuck in some interface, slide down the reset switch to turn it off directly.

Battery Charging

Note: adult operation required. To charge the smartphone toy correctly, please follow these instructions:

  1. Keep the reset switch ON;
  2. Connect the type-C port with the smartphone toy, the USB port with a 5V 1A power adapter or a laptop or computer;
  3. Once the connection is successful, the battery charging symbol will show on the screen;

Downloading/Uploading Files

  1. Keep the reset switch ON;
  2. Use the cable included in the product package to connect the smartphone with your laptop/computer;
  3. Choose “Mass Storage” on the screen of the smartphone toy;
  4. Once the connection is successful, the SD card will be detected;
  5. Transfer the downloaded music or video in your computer/ laptop to your smartphone toy, or transfer some pictures, videos or voice recorders in your smartphone to your computer/laptop;
  6. Exit the smartphone from computer/laptop.

Functions

  1. Desktop Shortcut
    Click the “ ” icon on the desktop shortcut key to enter the flashlight function directly.
    Click the ” ” icon to enter the camera function interface directly.

  2. Camera

    • Tap to take photos
    • Tap to shift the front and rear camera
    • Tap to view the photo gallery
    • Tap to shift to the Sticker Camera
  3. Photo Gallery

    • Tap Photo Gallery to browse the captured photos.
    • The latest file will be shown first, tap the arrow icons or swipe the screen to see the previous or next file.
    • Tap Ash-bin on screen to delete the photo.
  4. Video Recorder

    • Tap the video icon on the screen to begin video recording.
    • Tap to stop and save the video recording.
    • Tap the to view video gallery.
    • To delete a file, tap “Options–Delete/Delete all files”.
    • Tap to shift upward-facing and forward-facing camera.
  5. Video Player
    Tap the video gallery icon to view videos players.
    The latest file will be shown firstly.
    Tap the arrow icons to see the previous or next video. To delete a file, tap Option to delete.

  6. Music Player
    To upload music to the smartphone, use the Type-C USB cable to connect the smartphone to a computer/ laptop. Copy any MP3 music files to the smartphone folder “My Music”. After transfer is complete,
    safely eject the smartphone from your computer and unplug the USB cable.

  7. Voice Recorder
    Tap to start voice record.
    Tap to end voice record and save.
    Tap to play voice record.
    Tap to stop voice record.
    Tap to delete voice record.

  8. Calculator
    Use the calculator for basic calculations. Don’t use this to cheat on tests, or you will never learn how to work out the answers by yourself.

  9. Calendar
    Use the calendar to view the date. If the date shows incorrectly, please go to the settings menus to reset the date and time information.

  10. Torch/Flashlight

    • Tap go into the function
    • Tap the orange button to turn on or off the flashlight.
  11. Theme
    There are a few different wallpapers built in, choose the one you like to set the wallpaper.

    Tap the Alarm icon alarms can be set at one time. to set the time. 4 different

  13. Stopwatch

    • Tap the play icon to start the stopwatch.
    • While the stopwatch is running, tap to pause the stopwatch, tap again to resume.
    • Tap to stop the stopwatch and reset the stopwatch to zero.
  14. Timer/Countdown
    Use this activity to set a countdown timer.

    • Tap the Timer to set the time.
    • Tap the play icon to start the timer.
    • Tap to pause the timer.
    • Tap to stop the timer and reset the timer.
  15. Games
    Note: Adjusting the game music volume using the device’s volume buttons is not currently available.
    Please turn off the music in each game setting if it’s loud.
    There are 13 games built-in.

  16. Tap “Help” or “?” to learn game instruction.

    This is an educational function to help kids to learn 26 letters. Each letter will match one animal with the relative sound.

    This is an educational function to help kids to know the famous buildings in the world. Tab the national flag, will show the relative famous building of this country.

  19. Habit Tracker
    This is an puzzle function, which can set alarm to remind the kids to build up good habit.

    • Tap icon to choose nice reference pictures.
    • Tap icon to withdraw previous drawing lines.
    • Tap icon and move it on the screen to erase drawings.
    • Tap icon to choose colors for your pen.
    • Tap in the upper left corner, tap V to save your drawing, tap to delete drawing.
    • Tap icon in the bottom right corner to view all your saved drawings.

  • Q: If this smartphone can connect with WIFI or Bluetooth?
    A: We are sorry this smartphone doesn’t support WIFI or Bluetooth.

  • Q: My phone can’t be charged, what to do?
    A: Check if the RESET switch is ON and the charging cable is connected well with both ports. Use another type-C cable to connect the phone with both adaptor and computer to charge. If failed, slide the RESET switch to reset the phone and try the above steps again.

  • Q: What to do if my device doesn’t turn on even after fully charged?
    A: Slide down the RESET switch to reset the phone. Then slide it ON, long press the power button to turn on the phone.

  • Q: My phone gets stuck that can’t be used, how to solve the issue?
    A: Slide down the RESET switch to turn off the device. Then slide the RESET switch ON and long press power button to turn on the device to use.

  • Q: What to do when some application doesn’t work normally?
    A: Slide the RESET switch to reset the phone and try it again.
    If still failed, contact us to get the application software package to reinstall it.

  • Q: If my stored pictures, videos, musics and voice records will be deleted after I slide the RESET switch?
    A: Don’t worry. The RESET switch only controls the power of the smartphone. The stored files in the device won’t be deleted after sliding the RESET switch.

  • Q: If I can install other applications in the phone?
    A: We are sorry this smartphone has no access to internet. Other applications can’t be installed.
    Q: The SD card can’t be detected after plugging in the computer, what to do?

    • Only the cable we provided in the package works for data transfer with the phone.
    • Check if the cable is well plugged in the ports of the smartphone and computer,
    • Select “Mass storage” on the screen of the smartphone.
    • Unplug and reset the phone, then try it again
  • Q: There is no sound after plugging in the headphone?
    A: Check if the headphone jack is connected well and if the voice is set at 0. Try another working headphone to check if it has sound.
