- Velour warrants its product to be free from defects in material and workmanship and agrees to remedy any such defect.
- This warranty covers 1 year from the date of original purchase.
- This warranty is valid only upon presentation of proof of purchase.
- This is solely limited to the repair or replacement of defective furniture components and no assembly labor is included.
- This warranty does not apply to any product which has been improperly assembled, subjected to misuse or abuse or which has been altered or repaired in any way.
- This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.

- CHECK THIS PRODUCT FOR DAMAGED HARDWARE, LOOSE JOINTS, MISSING PARTS, OR SHARP EDGES BEFORE AND AFTER ASSEMBLY AND FREQUENTLY DURING USE.
- DO NOT USE THIS GLIDER IF ANY PARTS ARE MISSING, DAMAGED, OR BROKEN.

- DO NOT ALLOW CHILDREN TO PLAY OR USE THIS ELECTRONICALLY OPERATED GLIDER UNSUPERVISED.
- DUE TO THE RISK OF INJURY, MAKE SURE THAT THERE IS NOTHING UNDERNEATH THE FOOTREST WHEN IT IS RETURNED TO THE CLOSED POSITION.
- WHEN NOT IN USE, LEAVE THE CHAIR IN AN UPRIGHT AND CLOSED POSITION.
- KEEP HANDS AND FEET CLEAR OF THE MECHANISM AND ONLY THE OCCUPANT SHOULD OPERATE THE MECHANISM TO AVOID INJURY.
- CHECK CONNECTING POINTS PERIODICALLY TO ENSURE NONE HAVE COME LOOSE DURING USE.
- DO NOT USE THE GLIDER IF NOT ASSEMBLED PROPERLY.
- MAXIMUM LOAD: 113 KGS/250 LBS. EXCEEDING THIS WEIGHT MAY DAMAGE THE PRODUCT AND CAUSE POTENTIAL INJURY.

GLIDER ASSEMBLY – BASE SETUP
1a. Assemble and use the glider on a soft, level surface.
1b. As shown in the illustration, carefully cut the straps wrapped around the
metal swivel underneath the Seat (1).

GLIDER ASSEMBLY – BACK SEAT SETUP
2a. Align the Metal Channel on the Back (2) to the Metal Prongs on the seat.
2b. Slide the metal channel into the metal prongs on the seat frame.
2c. Please ensure that the back metal channel goes into the base metal prongs
until it clicks and locks itself.
2d. After clicking the back into position, pull it upward to ensure that it is
fully secured and then use the recliner.
GLIDER ASSEMBLY – POWER SOURCE SETUP
3a. Plug in the two components of the power cord, the Transformer (3) and
Power Lead (4), and then attach the extension from the transformer to the back
of the chair as shown in the illustration.
3b. Plug the extension from the power lead into a wall outlet/power socket to
use the glider.
DIRECTIONS TO USE – ACCESS TO FOOTREST AND RECLINE
4a. Using the buttons, you can recline the back and lift the footrest to relax
comfortably.
4b. On the armrest side, a USB port is available for charging your electronic
devices.
WARNING:
- Make sure the glider’s back is securely attached to the seat.
- Improper installation may result in injuries due to fall hazards from a loose back.
DIRECTIONS TO USE – USE OF REMOTE CONTROL
5a. The Power Adapter (6) and the powered wire that emerges from the back of
the massager must be plugged in as shown in the illustration. To operate the
massager, plug the assembled adapter into a wall outlet/power socket.
5b. Connect the Remote Control (5), and the wire that emerges from the back of
the massager.
5c. Turn the glider ‘ON’ by pressing the ON/OFF button on the remote once. The
LED will illuminate when the power is on.
5d. Turn on the massage in each zone by pressing the Massage zone. LEDs will
illuminate when each zone is activated. To turn off a zone, press the button
again.
5e. To choose a desired massage mode, press the MODE button. To change modes,
press the MODE button until the LED for the desired mode illuminates.
5f. To change the massage intensity press the +/- button.
5g. NOTE: Discontinue use immediately if you feel any discomfort or pain.
5h. NOTE: For your benefit, the massage chair is equipped with an auto shut-
off feature that will turn the chair unit off after 15/30 minutes of
continuous use.
5i. DO NOT use for more than 30 minutes of continuous use.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
The following precautions should always be followed when using an electrical appliance:
- This product is for use on a 12V circuit.
- Only use this product with the original power supply type nr: IVP1200-0500W.
- Always unplug the massager from the power source after use, and before cleaning.
- Do not reach for/use a massager if it has fallen into the water. Unplug immediately.
- An appliance should never be left unattended when plugged in. Unplug from the outlet when not in use, before putting on or taking off parts or attachments.
- The product is not meant for outdoor use.
- Do not carry this appliance by the supplied cord as a handle.
- Keep the power cords away from heated surfaces.
- Close supervision is necessary when this appliance is used by on or near children, invalids, or disabled persons.
- This unit is not a toy. Children should not use it or play with it.
- Do not operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where oxygen is being administered.
- Disconnect the power by pushing the ‘POWER’ key to the ‘OFF’ position, stopping all functions, then removing the plug from the outlet.
- Use this appliance only for its intended use as described in this manual. Do not use attachments not provided with the unit.
MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
- To store the product, place the unit in its box or a safe, dry, cool place.
- Avoid contact with sharp edges or pointed objects which might cut or puncture the fabric.
- Do not wrap the power cord around the unit. Do not hang the unit by the power cord.
- Prior to cleaning the product, ensure the unit is unplugged from the power source, and allow it to cool before cleaning.
- Do not place in any liquid to clean. Clean the fabric cover by wiping with a damp sponge, using a mild detergent or suds. Pat dry with a clean, dry cloth.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners, brushes, gasoline, kerosene, glass/furniture polish, paint thinner, any strong chemical cleaners, or water hotter than 120° to clean the unit.
HEALTH CAUTION FOR MASSAGE CHAIRS:
- If you have any concerns regarding your health, consult your doctor before using this product.
- Individuals with pacemakers should not use this product.
- If you experience pain in a muscle or joint for a prolonged period of time, discontinue use and consult your doctor. Persistent pain could be a symptom of a more serious condition.
FURNITURE CARE INSTRUCTIONS
- PROTECT GLIDER SURFACES FROM HOT OR EXTREMELY COLD ITEMS.
- PROTECT THE FABRIC SURFACES OF THE GLIDER FROM PENS, MARKERS, AND CRAYONS.
- OILS FROM POTPOURRI AND OTHER SCENTED ITEMS CAN STAIN AND DAMAGE THE FABRIC OF THE GLIDER.
- DO NOT DRAG ITEMS ACROSS THE SURFACE OF THE GLIDER.
- CLEAN USING ONLY MILD, WATER-FREE CLEANING SOLVENTS. NEVER USE WATER. TAP WATER CONTAINS MINERALS THAT MAY CAUSE RINGS OR FADING.
- DO NOT USE BLEACH TO CLEAN THE GLIDER. DO NOT DRY CLEAN INDIVIDUAL PARTS.
- DO NOT SCRATCH OR CHIP THE FINISH.
- INSPECT THE PRODUCT PERIODICALLY, AND CONTACT EVOLUR FOR REPLACEMENT PARTS OR QUESTIONS.
- DO NOT STORE THE PRODUCT OR ANY PARTS IN EXTREME TEMPERATURES AND CONDITIONS SUCH AS A HOT ATTIC OR A DAMP, COLD BASEMENT. THESE EXTREMES CAN CAUSE A LOSS OF STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY.
- DO NOT SPRAY CLEANERS DIRECTLY ONTO FURNITURE.
- LIFT SLIGHTLY WHEN MOVING ON CARPETING TO PREVENT SWIVEL BREAKAGE.
