Product Information

Precautions

1. This product is not a toy, and it is forbidden for children to use it. It is recommended that users be at least 16 years old, and please keep a safe distance from children during use.
2. The product has a built-in dc motor, which may generate electric sparks when working. please do not use it in an flammable and explosive environment.
3. If abnormal noise or high temperature occurs during work, please shut down immediately.
4. Before setting the inflation pressure value, please confirm the correct measurement unit is selected, otherwise it may cause a tire burst for accidents,the common unit conversion is: (1BAR=14.5 PSI, 1 BAR=100 KPA, 1BAR=1.02kg/cm²).
5. Do not leave when inflating, and observe the inflation process to prevent the inflation pressure from being too high.
6. Keep the power cord plug of this product away from liquids such as water.
7. Please check the product accessories according to the instructions, if there are any missing, please contact us.

Function description

Power state

• Press the “TEST” button to view the battery box’s power status.

Boot up

• Make sure the battery is sufficient, long press the “ ”key to start up.

Set up mode

• In the boot state, Press “ ”to set up five modes.
• [Ball scene mode]
  • The default tire pressure value is: 8 PSI
• [Bicycle scene mode]
  • The default tire pressure value is: 50 PSI
• [Motorcycle scene mode]
  • The default tire pressure value is: 2 BAR
• [Scene Mode of Cars]
  • The default tire pressure value is: 2.5 BAR
• [Off-road vehicle scene mode]
  • The default tire pressure value is: 2.8 BAR

Set up unit

• In the boot state, press“ ”to set up unit: PSI, BAR, KPA, kg/cm². (1BAR=14.5 PSI, 1 BAR=100 KPA, 1BAR=1.02kg/cm²)

Digital value setting

• In the boot state, press “+” or “-” to set value.

Start /pause

• In the boot state, click on the start/pause button to start the machine press the start/pause button again to stop working.
• In the inflating working state, it will inflate to the preset value of tire pressure and stop working automatically.

Lighting

• Make sure the battery sufficient, Long press the “ ” button to start and the light is on.
• In the power-on state, long press the“ ” key again to turn off the light at the same time.

Shut down

• In the power-on state, long press the“ ” key to power off.
• In the power-on state, the tire inflator will automatically shut down if there is no operation for two minutes.

Battery box removal
Separate the main body and battery box:

1. Hold the body with one hand.
2. Hold the battery box with the other hand and press the battery box button.
3. Move in the direction of the arrow to remove the battery box.

Charging instructions

Use the power cord

1. Plug the 12V power cord into the car Cigarette lighter socket.
2. Connect the other port of the 12V power cord to the air pump power cord interface.

Use the Power Adapter

1. Plug the power adapter into the power port(the red light is not full, the green light is full).
2. Connect the other port of the power adapter to the air pump power cord interface.
3. It takes about 1.3-1.5 h to fully charge.

Steps for usage

1. As shown in the figure, insert the air tube into the air outlet and turn clockwise to tighten.
2. Make sure the battery is sufficient, long press the “ ” button to start and the light is on.
3. The air nozzle is connected to the tire. after the tire is connected, the display will detect the current tire pressure of the tire.
4. Set tire pressure: “M” key to switch modes, and select the desired use scene. It can also be adjusted manually. Press the “S” key to switch the unit, press the “+” key to increase, and the “-” key to decrease to set the required tire pressure. After setting, wait for 3 seconds, and the display shows the current tire pressure.
5. After displaying the current tire pressure, click the start button to start working.
6. When it inflates to the preset value of tire pressure, the machine will stop automatically.
7. Long press the“ ”key again to turn off the machine.
8. This product can be used in dual modes (working while charging).

Replace the fuse

• When the cigarette lighter is used to supply power to the product, the product does not start, please check whether the fuse is damaged or the cigarette lighter of the car is damaged

Replace method:
NOTE: The fuse may get hot, be careful of getting burned.
