Q:The Sound is Bad, Sounds Crackly or Distorted,Why?
A: The turntables past quality test and sound quality are good before
shipping out of factory, when get terrible sound, usually there are 4 reasons
to cause that
- The needle is broken and sounds crackly, in this case, please contact us to change the needle, or you can buy the needle in our store
- Incorrect speed cause the sound distortion. In this case, please contact our tech support to know how to adjust the speed. You can also find the speed adjustment video on the product page
- Damaged record. In this case,p lease change the record
- Damaged build in speakers and sounds crackly or tinny. In this case, please contact our tech support to change the turntable
Q:The Cover is Cracked, What Should I Do?

Q:What Can I Get in the Package?
A: In the package, you can get a turntable, a user manual, a power cord
in 5V,1.5A,a remote control (No battery included). If you find something
missing, pls contact our tech support
Note: This Turntable Only Suits Power Cord in 5V,1.5A Output, Power Cord
in Any Other Output Could Burn the Turntable
Q:The Record Player Can Not Play Vinyls Properly, Skips the Records, What
Should I Do?
A: Usually, there are 4 reasons to make this happen:
①:The position of stylus is tilt, not in the middle, the non-paralleled tone
arm will be IN incorrect tracking and cause the skip. See below picture.
Solution: pls contact tech support to get a new needle
②:Vinyl records have been used for a long time, some scratches on the surface
may cause the skip
Solution: Pls change a new vinyl
③:Stylus has been damaged due to daily use. Solution: Pls change a new stylus
or contact us
④:Resistant mud is too much or cooled by cold weather, causing the stylus
pressure is light, the stylus keeps repeat in a place.
Solution: Please contact the tech support, the tech support will send you
videos to show how to fix it
Q:The Turntable Lights but Not Spins?
A: This is mostly caused by losing belt. Contact tech support to get
video to re-install the belt
Q:The Speed is Not Correct, Too Slow, Too Fast or Inconsistent/Tonearm
Lifter is Stuck
A: Contact tech support to get video to see how to fix these problems
Q:Turntable Platter is Wobbling
A: There is built-in spring inside of the turntable to reduce shock in
order to protect the sound from distortion, so it’s normal for slightly up and
down. If the turntable platter is badly uneven, it may caused by internal
loosing screws, if this is the case, contact our tech support to get a video
to see how to fix it.
Q:The Turntable Won’t Stop and Keeps Playing at the End of Music, What’s
Wrong?
A: Usually the turntable will stop at the end of music playing. But
sometimes it won’t stop because of the record problem, in this way, pls check
the auto stop button, turn on it , it will stop ,see below picture
Q:After Plug the Power, the Turntable is of No Light
①:The power cord may damaged
Solution: Pls change a power cord to try, power cord with 5V,1.5A output
is suitable for this turntable, or you can just contact us to get it
②:The circuit is damaged
Solution: Pls contact us to change it or get the refund
Q: Does it come with 45rpm adaptor?
A: Yes
