Device Connection
Choose the corresponding interface based on the type of your phone and connect
the device to your phone. The device LED will light up. If it does not turn
on, check if the interface is properly inserted. If you are using an Android
device, check if the OTG function is turned on in the settings page.

Why is the app not displaying images?
- Check whether the LED light is on. If it is not on, try to reconnect the device.

Why is the image very blurry when viewing?
- Adjust the microscope to the best viewing distance by rotating the focus wheel left and right to achieve the clearest image.
- Make sure you have opened the dust cover in front of the lens.
What causes the static black spots on the screen when using the device to
view?
It may be caused by dust. Try tapping the product lightly to remove the dust.
