Pressure setting hex is adjusted based on E point when ex-factory. To regulate
the deadband, rotate the gear dial on the micro switch, then choose the
setting for A to F.

REPEATABILITY
Set point:
For accurate set-point adjustment, mount the switch on a calibration stand and
use a suitable test or reference gauge. Select your set-point by rotating the
adjustment hex clockwise or counterclockwise. Pressurize the system to the
required set-point, then lower the pressure. Adjust your set-point as required
and repeat the process four or more times to ensure repeatability.
CABLE GLAND INSTALLATION
- The explosion proof cable gland should be paired with the certified product.
- Always remember to shut off the power to the switch before wiring to avoid electric shock.
- Before wiring, ensure the installation environment is safe – free of dangerous and/or flammable gasses.
- In accordance with regulatory requirements, the cable O.D. corresponds with different materials as follows (unit = mm)

CABLE GLAND INSTALLATION
After packing the cable gland, the inner Chloroprene (C.R.) rubber is not
reusable. After installation, do not pack the same section of packed cable.
Pack the new section of cable instead. Apply the thread sealant to the screw
of the housing case before assembling the cable gland.

Use the wrench to screw the cable gland body to the conduit of housing case. |
Set the cable into the C.R. rubber packing and install in the body of cable
gland.

Use the wrench to tighten the gland. The C.R. rubber should have some
flexibilty (play)| Use the screwdriver to tighten the screws between both
sides of the threads, and fix the cable so it is not too loose.
Step 5.| Step 6.

Use the hex wrench to screw the set bolt into place.| Put the coupling cover
into the wire harness.
Step 7.| Step 8.
|
Connect the coupling end with the outer piping.| Set the union nut into the
body and fasten the screw to complete the assembly.
