Product Usage Instructions
- Before starting installation, disconnect the vehicle’s battery to prevent electrical accidents and reset the computer if applicable to the vehicle.
- Remove the existing exhaust system from the vehicle, only removing the parts that will be replaced.
- Clean the existing flange with a wire brush to ensure proper sealing.
- Begin installation by attaching item 2 (inlet pipes) to the currently installed exhaust using item 1.
- Attach item 5 to the currently installed isolator.
- Place the clamp provided with item 5 on the slip-fit joint.
- Attach item 5 to item 2 using items 3 and 4.
- Place the clamps provided with item 2 over the slip fit joints.
- Ensure that the new exhaust is not contacting any portion of the underbody of the vehicle or drivetrain.
- Tighten all bolts and clamps starting from the rear of the vehicle. Do not exceed 30 ft-lb when tightening the clamp. Check all clamps after 50 miles and retighten if necessary.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
PART NO. 106-0121
- STEP 1: (Carefully read all instructions before installation) Disconnect the vehicle’s battery before removal of the OEM exhaust system. This will prevent electrical accidents and will reset the computer if it applies to the vehicle. Remove the existing exhaust system from the vehicle. Only remove parts that will be replaced. Clean the existing flange with a wire brush to ensure proper sealing.
- STEP 2: Begin installation by installing item 2 to the existing isolator and currently installed exhaust.
- STEP 2: Attach the inlet pipes of item 2 to the currently installed exhaust with item 1
- STEP 3: Attach item 5 to the currently installed isolator.
- STEP 3: Place the clamp provided with item 5 on slip fit joint
- STEP 4: Attach item 5 to item 2 using items 3 and 4
- STEP 5: Place clamps provided with item 2 over slip-fit joints.
- STEP 6: Ensure the new exhaust is not contacting any portion of the underbody of the vehicle or drivetrain.
- STEP 7: Tighten all bolts and clamps starting from the rear of the vehicle. (DO NOT EXCEED 30FT-LB WHEN TIGHTENING THE CLAMP AND CHECK ALL CLAMPS AFTER 50 MILES. RETIGHTEN IF NECESSARY)
