TRAINING INSTRUCTIONS

General:
Fundamentally every healthy person can begin fitness training. But please consider that long neglect cannot be repaired in a short time. Physical fitness, endurance and a feeling of well-being can be easily achieved through an appropriate training programme. Your condition improves already after relatively short and regular training and thus keeps your heart and circulation vital. Your oxygen intake capacity will also be improved. Further positive changes take place in the metabolic system. It is important to adapt the e-training to your own body and not to overexert yourself. Remember, sports should be fun.

CAUTION!! WE RECOMMEND CONSULTATION WITH YOUR DOCTOR BEFORE BEGINNING TO TRAIN.

Important! Regular and long-term training.

  • Wear comfortable and porous clothing (e.g. tracksuit).
  • Wear shoes with slip-free rubber soles. Never train barefoot (danger of injury)!
  • Eat no meals 1 hour before and after training. Drink sufficiently!
  • Do not train when tired.

Adjustments before training (see Fig. 15)

  1. Knob adjustment:
The distance between the handlebar and armrests can be adjusted accordingly by adjusting the knob for comfortable workouts. Pull up the rebound knob and move it to a suitable position, then put it down to the hole and lock it.

  2. Armrests adjustment
For Hand & knee crawl and Bear crawl workouts, the armrests should be pushed toward the innermost. And also the armrests can be adjusted flexibly for a better Knee crawl workout.

Training planning
Your current physical performance capacity is decisive. Consult your doctor about this beforehand. Fundamentally the training should be divided into three different training phases:

WARMING UP. TRAINING. RELAXING

Warming up
Prepare the muscles and organism for exertion. In this way, you reduce the possible danger of injury. Aerobics, stretch exercises and running are suitable exercises. Fundamentally begin training with this warm-up phase.

Training
Keep to the recommendations for your special training device. The intensiveness of exertion can be controlled via the heart rate. Agree with your doctor.

HOW TO GET ON THE CRAWLING MACHINE CORRECTLY

  1. Hold onto the handlebars.
  2. Kneel onto the knee bowls at a suitable position.
  3. Configure the computer according to your needs.
  4. Start the training. Moving the left sliders first, then the right sliders follow, while still holding onto the handlebars for entire body workouts.
  5. When you feel proficient in crawling you can speed up accordingly. If you want to stop, just slow down. When netting off please reverse these instructions.

Workout ways recommended:

Hand & knee
Push the armrests into the innermost end, then lower yourself slowly and kneel onto the soft knee bowls as well as hold onto the handlebars of the hand sliders. Raise your head slightly and look forward, make your hands and feet coordinate with the mechanical movements of this CRAWLING MACHINE to enjoy your first workout. (see Fig. 16)

Knee
Pull the armrests outwards, then lower yourself slowly and kneel onto the soft knee bowls as well as grip the handlebars and put your elbows against the armrests. Raise your head slightly and look forward, make your feet coordinate with the mechanical movements of this CRAWLING MACHINE to enjoy your second workout. (see Fig. 17)

Bear Crawl
Push the armrests into the innermost end, then grip the handlebars of the hand sliders with your feet standing on the leg sliders. Raise your head slightly, and make your hands and feet coordinate with the mechanical movements of this CRAWLING MACHINE to enjoy your third workout. (see Fig. 18)

Natural way
During the crawling workout, relax your body with your waist sagging naturally. Raise your head slightly with your eyes focusing forward. Make your hands and feet coordinate with the mechanical movements of this CRAWLING MACHINE to enjoy your workout. This workout way is particularly suitable for the elderly, and it’s very helpful in preventing stroke and heart and lung system disease.

Nodded way
During a crawling workout, nodding your head up and down accordingly is effective in exercising your cervical spine and neck muscles, and also helps to prevent cervical disease, and improve the efficiency of study and work. This way is especially suitable for those who suffer from cervical oain.

AB Twist
During a crawling workout, when the left-hand moves forward, the head and upper body shift to the right, and vice versa. The waist will swing accordingly and naturally, this twist crawling way not only works out the neck, lower back, and hips but also helps to get rid of the toxin, and shapes the body. Meanwhile, it also softens cardio-cerebra vessels and improves spinal flexibility stretching and balance, as well as improves blood circulation and metabolism. The stomach is also massaged to promote digestion and absorption as well as improve immunity etc. This workout way is very helpful for those who suffer from lumbar vertebrae disease, spine disease and gastrointestinal problems.

Relaxing
The organism requires time to recover during and after training. This recovery time should be longer for a beginner than for someone who is a professional athlete.

FALSE OR EXCESSIVE TRAINING CAN LEAD TO DAMAGE OF HEALTH!!!
