Product Usage Instructions

Mode Selection

To select the desired mode, follow these steps:

1. Press the ‘Mode Selection’ button on the touch screen.
2. Choose between ‘Average mode’ and ‘Impact mode’ by tapping on the respective option.

Average Mode

The Average mode allows you to mix samples at a fixed and uniform speed. Follow these steps to use the Average mode:

1. Adjust the speed using the up and down buttons on the touch screen. Alternatively, you can directly input the desired speed using the keyboard.
2. Set the total mixing time (HH:MM) using the same method as before.
3. Press the ‘Start’ button to begin mixing according to the set values.
4. To start or stop the mixer manually, press and hold the ‘Jog’ button. Release the button to stop.
5. To return to mode selection, press the ‘Home’ button.

Impact Mode

The Impact mode achieves a better mixing effect through high-speed forward and reverse rotation. Follow these steps to use the Impact mode:

1. Adjust the speed by fine-tuning it up or down using the touch screen. Alternatively, you can directly input the desired speed.
2. Set the forward turning time (Sec), flip time (Sec), and total working time (HH:MM) using the provided options.
3. Press the ‘Start’ button to initiate mixing with the set parameters.
4. To start or stop the mixer manually, press and hold the ‘Jog’ button. Release the button to stop.
5. To return to mode selection, press the ‘Home’ button.

Replacement Foam Rack

The Multi-tube Vortex Mixer comes with a replaceable foam rack.
The foam rack can handle different test tube sizes depending on the module used. Refer to the packing list for module descriptions and applicable tube sizes.

• You can adjust the speed by pressing the up and down buttons, and directly press the speed to input it through the keyboard.
• Set the total time (HH: MM) using the same method as before.
• Start button, run according to the set value.
• Press and hold the ‘jog’ button to start, release and stop
• Home button, return to mode selection (see 3.1 for details)

Impact Mode (Select Document)

• Speed adjustment, fine adjustment up and down, or direct input.
• Forward turning time (Sec)

• Timing time (HH: MM), total working time setting
• Start button, press the set parameters to run forward and backward.
