Operating Instructions
- These products are rated at 110 VAC, 700W, and 6 amps.
- Plug in the power and adjust the temperature to 65°C for towel steamer and adjust to 80°C- 95°C if using as a food steamer.
- Fill up the water tank with distilled water, not tap or ground water.
- For Model 24, open the door and add 1,000cc – 1,500cc water directly into the water tank.
- For Models 36/48/72/120, add water to the water intake on the top of the unit. Fill up the tank until the light turns on; otherwise, the heating element will be easily damaged.
- When there is not enough water, the heating element will automatically turn off, and the warning light will be on.
- To preserve the life expectancy of the heating element, always maintain the water level and fill up the water before the light turns on.
- The machines use the water level sensor to check the water level, so always keep the machine on a flat surface, otherwise the heating element will burn out and won’t be able to cut off the electricity from the heating element.
Maintenance
- The water tank needs to be cleaned every 2 – 3 months.
- Make sure the electricity is turned off and the machine has cooled down before you clean the machine.
- After the machine cools down, loosen the two screws in the bottom front of the machine.
- Remove the black tub in the front.
- Use a container or bucket to hold the leftover water from the machine.
- Fill more water in the water tank for couple times to wash the inside of the machine. Inside of the Tub is smaller, so slowly add the water into the water tank.
- Clean the black tub from the left and right side.
- Put back all the parts together after the machine is cleaned.
Warning: Please, do not wash the machine directly in the water, Or the machine will be damaged.
Warning
- Do not add any fragrances to the machine, or its life expectancy will be shortened, even damaged.
- If there are any broken wires or parts, please contact the original manufacturer for a replacement to prevent any further damage.
- When the machine is being used, please be cautious with high temperatures.
- Keep children away from the machine due to the high temperature.
- Stand away from towel steamer when opening. The hot air or steam which escapes can cause burns to hands, face and/or eyes.
- The machine cannot be immersed in water.
- After using the machine, keep the steamer’s door open to prevent the odor. If you are using it as a food steamer, please set the timing to one hour and thirty minutes or above.
Safety Precautions
- Stop all operations when the machines can’t function normally, or it is damaged.
- Do not put the plug or wires into the water.
- Keep the machine away from the sink, bathtub, kitchen, or any other water utilities.
- Keep the wires away from high temperature.
- Due to the safety issues, it comes with a safety grounded plug. Please do not remodel the plug.
- Do not touch the plug when your hands are wet.
- Do not take the machine apart due to chances of electric leakage and shock.
Trouble Shooting
Problem | Cause | Solution |

Power light not on | The plug is not connecting well with the wall socket | Use |
an instrument to check the wall sockets. Unplug the plug and wait for 10
seconds to put back in.
No heating| Heating element went bad| Replace heating element
Towel Steamer has odor| Towel is causing the odor| The towel steamer shouldn’t
have any odor; the best way is to change the towels. Don’t use any fragrances.
No water in heating element room| Clogged pipes| Check the black tube in the
bottom front of machine, and clean them if necessary
Towel Steamer is leaking| Too much water| Only fill up the water till the
light turns on
