BEFORE USE
Charge the control unit
- Charge the product via USB cable (included).
- Open the USB-C cover.
- Plug the USB-C cable into the unit.
- Put the other end of the cable with USB-A connection into the USB-A port of a laptop, or other 5V charging devices.
- During charging, the indication lamps will show how much power is charged.
- When the battery is fully charged, 4 indication lamps will be lighted.
- Remove the USB-C cable and close the battery cover to keep the control unit waterproof.
Adjust the size of the YV Vest / YB Belt
- The size will increase or decrease depending on how you regulate the elastic band.
- Adjust the elastic band so that it has the same length on both sides of the large buckle in front.
- Hold the adjustable buckle in one hand.
- With the other hand, feed or pull the elastic band through the buckle to form a loop.
- Pull the looped elastic band through to the opposite side.
DURING USE
How to wear
YV Vest is available in 3 sizes from children 3 years to Men’s 5XL.
Control unit
The light is turned on and off by pressing the GR button on top of the control
unit.
The 4 indication lights show how much power you have left:
• 4 lights = 100 % fully charged|

• 3 lights = 75% power|
• 2 lights = 50% power|
• 1 light = 25% power|
• 0 light = 0% power|
YB Belt can be worn around stroller, wheelchair, bag, crossbody, other
objects. Several belts can be joined together.

MAINTENANCE
- Clean the product regularly with a damp cloth and mild soap.
- Hang up the product to dry, before being placed in the storage bag.
PROTECT YOUR ENVIRONMENT
- The products must be recycled and should not be disposed together with normal waste.
- Throwaway the product in accordance with the current local determines.

WARRANTY YV VEST AND YB BELT
This warranty is provided by the company Groseth Light (described below as the
“Seller”) to you who is the original purchaser of the Seller’s own developed
products and is identified on the Seller’s invoice.
Seller warrants that, when delivered in new condition, all materiality will be
free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period
of three (3) years. Batteries come with a one (1) year warranty. The warranty
period is valid from the original purchase date. Assessment of whether the
Product is defective shall be made by the Seller taking into account the
general condition of the Product. A product is not considered defective solely
as a result of the failure of individual LED components.
If the number of defective LED components is less than 10% of the total number
of LED components in the Product or for LED strip where the continuous output
is less than 5cm, this is not considered defective.
Warranty does not apply to loss or damage to the Product caused by:
negligence, misuse, abuse, improper installation; defects in storage or
maintenance and damage resulting from fire or natural disasters, vandalism or
civil disturbances; overvoltage, poor current or power supply, fluctuations in
the electric current, corrosive environment; evoked vibrations, harmonic
oscillation or resonance associated with the movement of air flows around the
Product; alteration; accident; failure to comply with the installation,
operation, maintenance or environmental conditions established by Seller or
applicable electrical regulations or improper maintenance of the Product or if
the Product is not used for the purpose for which it is designed.
If Seller determines that the Product is defective, Seller will determine
whether the Product will be repaired or replaced. Seller reserves the right to
use new, reconditioned, refurbished, repaired or remanufactured products or
parts in the warranty repair or replacement process. Such products and parts
will have the same function and performance as an original product or part.
This is determined by the Seller and is guaranteed for the remainder of the
original warranty period.
To make a warranty claim, you must notify Seller in writing within five (5)
business days, after discovering or should have discovered the defect, provide
proof of purchase such as an invoice, and comply with Seller’s other warranty
claims. The Buyer fills out the Seller’s complaint form available on the
www.grosethlight.com and sends this to the post@grosethlight.com. If the
Vendor provides feedback that this is a complaint case, the Customer must
return the defective item to the Supplier in the original packaging within 14
days and cover costs for transport and delivery.
Under no circumstances shall Seller be liable for any consequences,
consequential, personal injury, direct or indirect, special or other damages
that have arisen as a result of the use of this product.
The seller’s liability will under no circumstances exceed the amount you pay
for the product. This warranty is only valid and can only be processed in
Norway. For more info see our Sales and Delivery Terms available on
www.grosethlight.com.
This warranty is valid only for the purchase of the Product at or after the
time set out below. Seller reserves the right to change this warranty from
time to time. Any modification of this warranty shall apply to all orders
placed with Seller on or after the date of such revised warranties.
