2. Quick Installation Guide
2.1. Charge to Activate Before Use

Please charge to activate before use, otherwise it may not work. And we recommend you fully charge.

Note: Please charge with the package included original USB cable, and by power adapter (package NOT included), please know some fast charger plugs are not compatible.

2.2. Installation Method 1: Bracket installation

2.2.1 Bracket installation is more suitable for bikes, electric bikes, tricycles, which is fixed on seat tube, head tube, rear backrest or any other tube.
2.2.2 Rotate bracket into the back of alarm until it locks, and then screw on to fix it.

(1) Align the nut with the slot, forcefully snap into place
(2) Rotate and lock, align the screw hole

Reminder: The factory comes standard with anti-loosening nuts, which is difficult to assemble and disassemble, and needs to be operated patiently.

2.2.3 Place 2 silicone pads on brackets, you should align the contours on the silicone pad with the grooves on the inside of the brackets, place two part brackets with silicone pads on the selected tube, and tighten the screw until the mount does not slide on the tube. Note: You should check the tightness of the screw periodically.

Remarks: It is recommended to install the USB charging port facing down for better waterproof effect.

2.3. Installation Method 2: Zip ties/Double-sided tape installation

2.3.1 You can choose zip ties installation if the bracket diame-ter is not fit to your frame diameter.
2.3.2 Rotate bracket base into the back of alarm until it locks, attach the alarm using zip ties to selected position.

2.4. Multifunctional Taillight and Smart Brake Function

2.4.1 Taillight Mode Button: In DISARM mode, press [ ] taillight mode button on remote select light mode, it has 5 light modes: Slow Flashing →Breathing →Blinking →Steady Light →OFF
2.4.2 Many users like intelligent auto modes, the “Slow Flash-ing” mode and the “Breathing” mode. The alarm taillight will light up for 30s and then automatically detect the brightness of the riding environment, turn off when it is bright, and turn on when it is dark. In a dark environment, if you stop for more than 30 seconds, it will automatically turn off to save power; if you ride again, it will automatically light up.
2.4.3 If you don’t want intelligent auto modes, you can select “Blinking” and “Steady Light” while riding. These 2 modes will not be affected by environmental brightness and any vibrations.
2.4.4 When the alarm taillight turns on, if there is a brake action while riding, the taillights will be highlighted in red for 2 seconds to remind other drivers, and then return to the previous state.

2.5 Anti-theft Alarm Function: Arm and Disarm

2.5.1 Arm Button: Press [ ] arm button, alarm makes “Dou.Re.Mi” prompt sound, about 2s later, it makes a “Bi” sound and enter arm mode.
2.5.2 In arm mode, it makes alarm sounds for 2s when motion or vibration is detected, if any more motion or vibration is detected within 2-12 seconds, the alarm will make alarm sounds for 30 seconds.
2.5.3 Disarm Button: In arm mode, press [ ] disarm button, alarm makes a “Di..” prompt sound and enters disarm mode.
2.5.4 When arming, you can press [ ] disarm button to stop alarm and exit arm mode.

3. Other Function & Setting
3.1. Bell and search function

3.1.1 Bell Button: Press [ ] bell button, alarm make the selected ringtone, it helps you to remind other drivers, and can be vehicle search function. (Note: this function not available in arm mode)

3.2 Sensitivity Setting Method

3.2.1 It has 7 sensitivity levels from high to low, prompt sounds – Duo Re Mi Fa Sou La Xi correspond to 7 levels. Duo sound is the highest level. (The factory default is the highest sensitivity)
3.2.2 Sensitivity setting steps:
Note: it can NOT be set in arm mode. Press [ ] disarm button before setting.
Step 1: In disarm mode, press and hold [ ] disarm button, alarm makes “Bi…Bi” sound firstly, continue to press and hold until the remote indicator light go off and stay on, release after you heard a ” Di ” sound, alarm enters setting process;
Step 2: Press [ ] arm button to select sensitivity level, Duo Re Mi Fa Sou La Xi correspond to 7 levels from high to low;
Step 3: Press [ ] disarm button to exit setting process. Done.

3.2.3. Ringtone Setting
Note:
it can NOT be set in arm mode. Press [ ] disarm button before setting.
Step 1: In disarm mode, press and hold [ ] disarm button, alarm makes “Bi…Bi” sound firstly, continue to press and hold until the remote indicator light go off and stay on, release after you heard a “Di” sound, alarm enters setting process;
Step 2: Press [ ] taillight mode button to select the ringtone that you like;
Step 3: Press [ ] disarm button to exit setting process. Done.

(If no any operation within 10s, remote indicator light will go off and alarm will exit setting process)
Note: Please know it can’ t enter setting process in arm mode.

3.3 Pair More Remotes/Alarms

Alarm and remote have been paired when you received. If you need to pair more remotes/alarms, please see the following steps.
3.3.1 Pairing Steps:
Step 1. When alarm in disarm mode, press and hold [ ] pair button on alarm about 2s until you heard a “Du” sound, it enters pairing process;
Step 2. Press any button on remote, alarm will make “DuDu..” sound. Done.
3.3.2. When in pairing process, press [ ] pair button on alarm, or not any operation within 30s, alarm will exit pairing process.
3.3.3 Only one remote/alarm can be added at one time. If you need to add more remotes/alarms, please repeat the above steps. The method of adding remote and adding alarm is the same.
3.3.4 A alarm can pair up to 8 remotes, if exceeds, the ninth remote replaces the first one.
3.3.5 Delete all pairing: [Please do with caution]
Press disarm button, then press and hold the [ ] pair button of alarm, about 2s later it will make a “Du” sound and enter the pairing process, ignore it and don’ t release, continue to press and hold the button for 5s until it makes a “Bi” sound. Done. All remotes will be deleted.

3.4 Low Battery Warning & Charging

3.4.1 Alarm: If alarm is in low battery, when press [ / ] arm/diarm button on the remote, the alarm will also make low-battery prompt sounds, in addition to the arm/disarm prompt sound. Open USB-C port cover, charge with the original USB cable and your 5v power adapter (not included). When charging, the red indicator lights on, and go off when full charged.
3.4.2 Remote: If remote is in low battery, wireless range will be reduced, or, remote indicator no longer lights up or lights weak, please replace the remote control battery. (See the following diagram about how to replace battery for remote)

  • The concealed installation of the alarm will lower the alarm volume.
  • It is better NOT to install the alarm in a confined space made of metal. Metal has a shielding effect on wireless signals, which will reduce wireless range.
How to replace battery for remote

Pry at the gap with a small flat screwdriver

(1) Unscrew the screw with a Phillips screwdriver
(2) Pry at the gap with a small flat screwdriver, slides up & down then expand and open the remote
(3) Push out the battery with flat blade screwdriver

6.Troubleshooting
5 Low Battery Warning & Charging

5.1 Check whether the remote control indicator can light up. If not or light weak, please replace the remote control battery.
5.2 The alarm is in low power consumption mode when you receive. In this mode, remote can not control the alarm. Please charge the alarm at least 1 minute to activate before use, otherwise remote can’t control the alarm.
5.3 If alarm have been charged and activated, remote still doesn’ t work, please pair the remote and alarm again. The pairing method please see 3.3.
