USER NOTICE

1. Please strictly follow the instructions when installing and using the product.
2. Ensure that the product is placed on a horizontal surface.
3. The glass on the top window of the product is fragile, so please avoid placing any objects omit to prevent safety risks
4. Do not use the product in high-temperature or high-humidity environments.
5. This product is designed for clumping cat litter, including mineral litter, tofu litter, and other similar cat litter. If using tofu litter, please use the special spatula provided
6. Do not use non-clumping litter.
7. Only use clumping cat litter in the cat toilet and do not add any other substances,
8. Do not force your cat into the toilet.
9. This product is not suitable for cats less than 6 months old or weighing less than 1KG.
10. The entire product should not be soaked or splashed with water. The cat toilet and trash bin can be easily removed and cleaned before reassembly. Use a towel to clean and wipe the body of the product, except for the trash bin and cat toilet cabinet.

PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

PLEASE READ ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE INSTALLING AND USING YOUR REAL SCOOPER.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

a. Remove the product and its accessories from the packing box.
b. pull out the trash bin. INSTALL WASTE BAG
c. There is a waste bag roll holder at the rear of the trash bin. You can place one roll Real Scooper waste bag (purchased from www.lalahome.com) into the roll holder.
To place the bag onto the trash bin you can take one piece bag from the roll holder.
Unclamp the U-shaped strip, open the foldable strip and take one bag by passing it through the slot in the back wall of the trash bin. Then, Clamp one end of the bag tightly against the edge of the the bag bin using the U-shaped strip, and then clamp the other end of the bag on the foldable strip of the cross bar. Then pulling the sliding crossbar to the maximum position. Put back the trash bin and cover it with litter drainage footstep on the top.

THE OPERATION PROCESS SHOULD BE HANDLED LIGHTLY TO AVOID PRODUCT BRUISES AND SCRATCHES.
PLACE THE PRODUCT INDOORS, NEAR THE POWER SOURCE IN A DRY PLACE, AND PREPARE FOR USE.
SET UP AUTO SELF-REFILLING

1. 0pen top lid to maximum position.
   The upper case assembly is equipped with a damper to buffer opening and closing and prevent smashing hands/pets. Please do not flip the lid quickly or forcefully to avoid damage- ing the damper and the upper case.
   • Pay attention when adding litter not to exceed the MAX line of litter storage or cover the surface of the cap of detachable blade to avoid interfering with the closing of top lid.
   • After add the litter storage, please double click the right button to re-set the self-refill function.

ADD LITTER TO TOILET TRAY

1. Add litter to toilet tray from top storage. Note the 5 cells inside.
   a: Click the right button on control panel once to add 1 cell of litter to toilet tray from top storage cells. Wait until the scoop completely flattens the litter. You may need to repeat this step 3 times to ensure enough litter is added.
   b Refill the 3 cells with new litter and double click the right button to reset self-refilling.

2.  Manually add litter to toilet tray.

CLEAN THE TRASH BIN
* For your safety, always unplug the power adapter before cleaning.
Step 1: Tilt and tap the Extra litter drainage footstep to pour the excess litter carried by the cat’s paw into the trash bin.

Step 2: Remove the litter drainage footstep and slide the foldable strip toward to close the waste bag.

Step 3: Pull out the trash bin.

Step 4: Remove the U-shaped strip and turn back the foldable strip to take out the waste bag. Pull the drawing strip of the bag to tighten the waste bag.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

1. Equipment Self-test
   Power on the device using the 12V2A adapter that comes with the device. Keep it on until the device completes its self-test, which is indicated by the steady-on of the atmosphere light.

2. Refill Cat Litter
   Open the top lid and fill the litter into litter storage to MAX line. Close the lid and use the control panel button to pour the litter from litter storage into toilet tray.
   Repeat this step 3 times to make sure sufficient litter has been added into toilet tray. In order to facilitate the uninterrupted function of the litter self-refilling feature make sure to open the top lid to add sufficient litter to maintain levels of the MAX line. (And double click the right button on the screen to reset-self refill function)
   The device will automatically refill litter when the cat litter in toilet tray is insufficient and will send you the warning notification of requesting to refresh litter storage supply after the cat litter toilet for 5 times automatically refilling.

3. Replace Different Types Of Cat Litter
   We strongly recommend using bentonite litter with your device. However, the device is compatible with various types of common clumping litter available in the market. If you use tofu litter, please change the scoop with an adaptive special scoop for tofu litter (available from www.lalahome.com ) to achieve better results.
   

4. Change Scoop Tofu Bentonite
   Double click the left key on control panel, the scoop will move to the position near the cat toilet door for easy removal and replacement. Remove the fixing screws, take off the original scoop and replace with tofu litter special scoop. (Double-click the
   left button of the screen again, the scoop will go back its original place)

5. Network Setup
   Scan the QR code in the manual Page 02 or use Apple APP store/Google Play to download LALAHOME SMARTECH APP (this APP is also available on www.lalahome.com).
   While the device is in standby mode, press and hold the left button on touch screen for 3 seconds. The WiFi light will blink rapidly, indicating that the device has entered network setup mode. (Please ensure that the device is placed in a Wi-Fi coverage area and turn your phone Bluetooth on.)
   Open the APP and follow the instructions to add the device and connect it to the network. After successful connection, WIFI light on touch screen will

APP DOWNLOAD AND WI-FI CONFIGURING

1. The device supports both 2.4G WI-FI and 5G WI-FI without switching networks.
2. Bluetooth should be enabled when the phone is connected to the network.
3. If the APP cannot find the device, please disconnect the device from power for 5 seconds before reconnecting it. One device can only be bound to one account at a time. If multiple people need to use the device, it can be shared with other users through the APP and switched to other users for use.

FUNCTION DESCRIPTION

1. Automatic cleaning function
   After the cat finishes using the toilet and leaves, the device will automatically start the scooping function after a time duration (two cycles). After the scooping is finished, the device will automatically start the UV sterilization Process for litter bed followed by the Ozone deodorization for the trash bin for a time duration. Then the device will stay standby.
   If the cat enters while the device is running, it will automatically stop and resume operation after the cat leaves for a period of time.
   |f the cat approaches the front door while the device is running, it will automatically stop and resume operation after the cat leaves for a period of time.

2. Manual cleaning function
   Press the center button on the Control panel, and the device will start the scooping function for two cycles. After the scooping is finished, the device will automatically start the UV sterilization , followed by the Ozone deodorization of the trash bin. After the deodorization is finished, the device will return to standby mode.
   |f the cat attempts to enter while the device is running, it will automatically stop and resume operation after the cat leaves the front area of the unit.
   |f the cat moves around near the front door while the device is running, it will automatically stop and resume operation only after the cat has left the front approach area of the device.
   Automatic litter refilling function
   The top storage has total 5 cells, and each cell can hold about 1.2 kg litter. When equip-ment detects insufficient litter remaining in the toilet tray, the device will automatically drop one cell of litter to refresh the toilet tray. You can also manually fill the litter through the APP or by clicking the right button of control panel of the device. When the balance of the top storage remains 0, the APP will send a message to remind you to replenish the top litter storage.

3. Trash bin full reminder
   When the trash bin is close to full, your mobile phone will receive a message through the APP to remain you the trash bin is close to full. Please replace the trash bag inside the fresh bin.

COMMON PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS

1. Can a kitten use this product?
   This product is suitable for cats over 6 months old and weighing more than 2.2lbs. If the cat’s weight or age does not meet the requirements, do not use this device.

2. What should do if my cat is reluctant to use the new device?
   If the cat is alert, you can place the device next to the old litter box for a while and pour some old litter with the cat’s own smell into the new device. Familiar smells will also help the cat adapt to the new device faster.

3. Is it dangerous if the cat enters the litter box during the scooping process?
   If the cat enters during the scooping process, the monitoring sensor will be triggered immediately and the device will stop running. The device will continue to operate 60 seconds after the cat leaves the litter box, so there is no need to worry about danger.

4. What types of cat litter can use?
   This product supports most clumping cat litter on the market (mineral, tofu, mixed litter. Tofu litter will need to change special scoop available from www.lalahome.com) and should not be used with non-clumping or poorly clumping litter (crystal, wood-based litter, etc.).

5. How much litter should refill?
   It is recommended to use about 3.6 kg of mineral litter (equal to 3 cells of litter) for the first use, or 4.41bs for tofu litter (equal to 2 cells of tofu litter). Do not exceed the MAX litter line of the litter box. Excessive litter will cause unnecessary waste and unexpected stall.

6. When should replenish the litter?
   The device will automatically analyze the remaining amount of litter in the litter box and refill litter proactively. Please maintain the litter in the top storage at the MAX level. The APP will remind you if litter supply is low.

7. How often should clean the trash bin?
   It can be determined based on the specific usage situation (such as the number of cats). It is recommended to change bags every 7 days for one cat (increase the frequency of bag changes in hot weather).

8. How often should clean the cat toilet?
   It can be determined based on the specific usage situation (such as the number of cats or their defecation situation). It is recommended to clean it once per month if conditions permit.

CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS

Remove residual litter. Disconnect the power, remove the (1) trash bin, pull out the(3) toilet tray, pour the residual litter into the waste bag, and wash the trash bin,(2) litter drainage footstep and toilet tray with water. After drying, put it back in the device, ensure both the toilet tray and trash bin are properly engaged to position.

Pay attention to make sure the operation of device stopped and the cover of trash bin i fully closed before pull out trash bin and toilet tray or the opened cover would be possible interference with trash bin from pulling out.

Do not rinse the device directly with water. Only the removeable trash bin, footstep and toilet tray should be cleaned The other parts of the machine can be simply wiped clean with a damp towel and then dried.

QUICKTROUBLE SHOOTING

1. The device button does not work: Check if the child lock function is locked and hold down the middle button for 3 seconds to unlock/lock.
2. When scooping feces, the door of the trash bin is not open: Check whether it is stuck. After troubleshooting, power off for one minute or restart the device before use.
