Product Information

The product is a handheld device with various features and functions. Power button:

• Short press: Wake up the screen.

Volume button:

Product Usage Instructions

To use the device, follow these instructions:

1. Press the power button to wake up the screen or lock the screen.
2. Long press the power button for 2-3 seconds in power off mode to switch on the device.

4. If the system freezes, long press the power button for 12 seconds for automatic reboot.

10. Connect the device to a Type-C interface for recharging or developer debugging purposes.
11. Utilize the camera for scanning 1D/2D codes or taking photos.
12. Turn on the flash lamp to light up surroundings when taking pictures.
13. If available, utilize the optional professional 2D scanner for barcode scanning.
14. Insert nano SIM, micro PSAM, or micro SD cards in their respective slots.

  Note: To prevent system errors, please make sure the device is turned off when you insert or remove the SIM card.· Remove the battery cover and remove the battery;

  • Insert / remove the SIM / PSAM / SD card in the direction shown in the drawing;
  • Install batteries and close the battery cover;

Print instructions

This machine supports 58mm thermal printing paper with 57±0.5mm * Ø 40mm

• Please open the printing paper bin (①② at the top of the machine, as shown in the drawing). Do not forcibly open thepaper chamber to prevent the wear of the printing head gear;
• Put the printed paper into the paper bin correctly in the direction shown in the drawing, and pull out part of the paper to the paper knife (as shown in ③);
• Press the middle of the clamshell, cover the paper compartment, and install the printing paper (④).

pay attention to:

1. If the print content is blank, please check whether the direction of the paper roll is reversed;
2. For the selection of thermal paper, please refer to the company certification manufacturers;
3. The flap is not buckled, easy to lead to the normal printing;

Charging and battery instructions

This machine only supports USB, line charging

• Insert the 5V adapter into the city power socket;
• Plug in the Type-C USB cable to charge the machine;
• Charging in the boot state, and the battery icon at the top of the screen will become the charging icon;
• In the shutdown state, the charging mode will enter the charging mode, and the charging icon is displayed in the middle of the screen;
• If no charging icon appears, please check if the interface is inserted.

Battery Description / Precautions

• · In order to protect the service life of the battery, it is recommended to charge at any time, do not wait until the battery is exhausted.
• If the battery is found to have a bulge / deformation / odor, please stop charging and contact the after-sales window

Minimalist settings

Turn on smart business devices in just a few steps

1. 3G / 4G setting, under the shutdown state, insert the corresponding 3G / 4G card, and then turn on.(Read technical sheet for card support)
2. Long press the power button for 2-3 seconds, the screen lights up, enter the first opening interface, press the guide prompt to operate.

This machine can choose 2 Internet access modes.

1. WIFI set up
   • Click the [Settings] button, then open WLAN, enter the WALN search interface and wait for the search and list the available WLAN hotspots;
   • Click the WLAN to connect. If you select an encrypted network, you need to enter the access password to connect.
2. Mobile data settings
   Pull down the system drop-down menu, click the [Mobile Data] icon, enter the Mobile Data Settings page, and click the Open button. You can now connect to the Internet.

Respond to common problems

The printer does not work

• Confirm that the paper warehouse cover is closed correctly;
• Confirm the use of appropriate printing paper and install it correctly;
• When printing the blank content, please check if the paper roll is reversed.

Can not open the machine (such as: equipment power is too low)

• Make sure to press the power button correctly for 2-3 seconds;
• Correct insert the machine into USB and charge the cable for 30 minutes;
• Check whether the screen displays the charging status normally;
• Long press the power button for 10s to force the power-on.

Terminal crash

• Open the battery cover, remove the battery, reinstall the battery, install the battery cover, and press the power button for 2~3 seconds; or long press the power button for 10s.
