How It Works

Power On/Off

  • Power On: Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn on.
  • Power Off: Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn off.
  • Auto Power Off: If not connected to a playback device after power on, the headphones will automatically power off after 3 minutes.

Bluetooth Pairing

  1. When using for the first time, press and hold the power button until the LED Indicator flashes red and white alternately. The prompt voice will say “Bluetooth pairing”
  2. Go to your device’s Bluetooth settings and connect to ” HINERSOUND K20″, the indicator light will stay white and prompt voice will say ” Bluetooth connected.”
  3. To disconnect the Bluetooth: Pause the Bluetooth device’s play, simultaneously press and hold the” + “and “- “buttons for 3 seconds to disconnect the Bluetooth connection. The indicator light will flash red and white alternately and prompt voice will say ” Bluetooth disconnected.”

Note: Volume Limit: An audible prompt “tone” will sound when the volume reaches its maximum level.

Charging Instructions
When the headphones have low battery, the indicator light will flash red every 10 seconds, accompanied by the prompt “Battery level low,Please recharge headset.” Use a USB Type-C charging cable to charge the headphones . The red light will remain illuminated during charging and will turn white when fully charged.

Switching Sound Modes

To switch between sound modes: While the headphones are powered on, double- click the power button to alternate between Outdoor Mode(94dB), Kids Mode(85dB) and Toddler Mode(70dB).

Dual Device Connection Function

  • Steps1. Turn on the headphones . Connect the headphones to Device A.
  • Steps2. Disconnect the headphones from Device A. The headphones will enter into pairing mode.
  • Steps3. Connect the headphones to Device B.
  • Steps4. Manually reconnect the headphones to Device A.

Usage Environment:

  • Store the product and accessories within a temperature range of -10°C to +45°C The working temperature should be 0°C to +40°C. Don’t use the product at excessively high or low temperatures that may lead to device malfunctions.

Battery and Charging:

  • This device is equipped with a non-removable built-in battery. Do not attempt to replace the battery yourself, as it may result in device malfunction or battery damage. The use of unauthorized or incompatible batteries may lead to fire, explosion, or other hazards.
  • Recycle rechargeable batteries in accordance with local laws.
  • Do not expose this device or the batteries to fire, excessive heat or excessive humidity.
  • Please use original or certified cables and power adapters that meet standard requirements for charging. Reference standards: Input voltage AC 100V-240V 50/60Hz, output voltage 5V, output current 0.5A or above.

Repairs and Protection:

  • For all repair services, please consult qualified service person. Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the device yourself when it is damaged. Contact customer service for repair assistance. Do not insert any sharp objects into the device.
  • Clean the headphones regularly, gently wipe its surface with a soft cloth or paper towel to remove the dust and dirt. Avoid using chemicals or strong cleaners that may potentially damage the headphones’ surface.

Hearing Safety

  • To avoid hearing damage, do not listen for extended periods at high volume.
  • Do not turn the volume so high that you’re unable to hear your surroundings.
  • Do not use earphones while driving.
  • You should use caution or temporarily discontinue use in potentially hazardous situations.
