Safety precautions
- Do not attempt to put your hand into the washing machine while the operation is in progress. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction by a person responsible for their safety.
- Do not leave hot or heavy items on cover or control panel as this may cause damage to the washer or make the washer unsafe to operate.

- Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
- Keep washer away from heat sources such as heater, stoves or direct sunlight.
- Please remove item such as coins, button, sand and other solid materials from clothing before washing.
- Do not attempt to repair, disassemble or modify the appliance yourself.
- Do not wash laundry with chemicals or other volatile materials (such as petrol, solvents or thinners) as this may cause damage to the machine.
- Do not use multi-plug adapters and extension cables. Do not touch the power cord with wet hands.
- Check that water faucets are open after connection to machine, prior to operation and that pipes are connected correctly.
- It is recommended to use low suds/high-efficiency washing powder
- Do not exceed the max. water level to avoid water overflowing and machine failure.
Installation and adjustment
Please install and position the machine according to the directions in this manual. It is very important to follow these directions for the safe operation of the machine, and to ensure your machine operates correctly.
Install the lint filter
Install the lint filter into the filter case as shown. Please ensure the lint filter is in place, otherwise the lint filter may detach from the filter case when the washing is undergoing and impact on the washing performance.
Usage of the drain hose
Installation of drain pipe
Before using the machine, please fix the drain hose on the drain valve at the
base of machine. The connection shall be fixed by hose clamp.
- Do not let the drain hose run over doorsills that protrude 10cm from the floor.
- Do not trample on the drain hose.
- If extra drain hose is needed, please make separate purchase. The inner diameter of the extra hose shall not less than 30mm,and the length shall not exceed 1.5m.
I Installation and adjustment
Install the water inlet hose; Select the water level
- Water inlet hose connection
- Connect the water inlet hose with water fill entrance on the control panel.
- Set the water level according the laundries loaded.
Note : The new hose-sets supplied with the appliance are to be used and that old hose-sets should not be reused.
Mounting foot
- Carefully tilt the washing machine backward and install the feet at the front of the base. Make sure that the feet are in place. (Figure 1)

Before Washing
Preparation before washing
- Connect the jointer of the water inlet hose to the water faucet. Turn on the water faucet.
- The washing machine must be properly grounded. Then plug in the power cord to the power socket. Do not ground the washing machine to a gas pipe, water pipe or telephone line.
- Put down the drain hose.
- The washing machine must be grounded. Improper placement may lead to abnormal noise and vibration creation when washing in progress.
Pay attention to the following before washing the laundry
- Clear the pockets and take out loose items such as coins, soils, pins and others metal objects.
- The weight of the laundry shall not exceed the rated capacity of your machine, spread out the laundry before placing it evenly in the tub.
- Tie any long straps or strings, button up and close zippers.
- Turn the clothing inside out or put inside the laundry net to prevent excessive vibration or noise on the appliance while operation in progress.
- Check the care label on the clothing, and sort them accordingly before start the wash.
- Separate white from colours.
- Do not put fabrics that are insoluble in water to the machine.
- Prewash the soiled clothes and apply detergent directly on the stain before washing.
- Turns the clothing inside out before washing to minimize the lint build-up after washing.
- Do not put the laundry contaminated with alcohol, paint thinner, gasoline, benzene and other inflammable or explosive substances like into the washing machine.
Laundry Guidelines
- The washing capacity refers to the maximum dry weight of laundry that could be loaded into the appliance.
- The thickness, size and type of fabrics will influence the actual capacity.
- Not recommended the maximum water level for little laundries loaded to avoid the water splashing.
- It is recommended to use low suds/ high efficiency washing powder.
Usage of the detergent :
How to use the bleach
- Fill water to decided level. Dilute the bleach with container. Pour it slowly into the washing tub.
- Avoid using bleach on the laundries directly. Bleach causes discoloration on clothes.
- Refer to the user’s manua for the usage and quantity of the bleach.
- Please dissolve the powder type bleach before use it.
How to use the washing powder
Dissolve directly inside the washing machine:
- Add some water.
- Add washing powder. Run for about 30s to fully dissolve the Powder.
- Put in laundries. Select suitable water level.
Quick dissolving washing powder:
- Prepare a container and pour in water at 30°C and add washing powder.
- Stir the mixture until the washing powder dissolve completely into the water.
- Apply an appropriate amount of washing powder in accordance to the laundry volume and select the right water level.
- Different type of washing powder request different dosage, refer to the instructions of washing dosage for details.
Operation
Wash

Water inlet selection
-
Set water inlet selection to “Wash” side (Figure 1).

Adjust water level according to the laundries loaded.

Turn on the tap and water flow into the tub till the set water level dissolves the washing powder inside the washing machine(Figure 2).

Load the laundries and allow water inflow if needed.
-
Select the strength(Figure 3) and washing time (Figure 4) according to the laundries loaded.
The washing instructions with soaking: -
0-15 minutes is normal washing;
-
15-45 minutes is soaking period. The pulsator will run 2.5 minutes for each 7.5-minute interval. After the soaking period, will come to normal washing period, which last for 15 minutes.

When the user selects the soaking, firstly make sure the detergent power is fully dissolved. Otherwise, it may be harmful to clothing.
The most effective program for white cotton fabric: STANDARD, washing with 30 minutes of soaking. -
Turn to “Drain” after the washing period(Figure 5).
First Spin
- Spread the laundries into the spinning tub evenly.
- Spin:
- Put and push the inner cover properly no matter how much laundries loaded.
- Close the spin tub cover and safety cover.
- Set the spinning time by rotating the spin timer.
- Shower rinse function operation
- Turn the water inlet selector from “WASH” to “SPIN”, let water flowing for a minute.
- Too much excessive water inflow in sp inning tub may cause the water overflow to washing tub. Please kindly turn off the water tap to control the water level.
- Close the spin tub cover and set the spinning time by rotating spin timer.
Rinsing
Overflow-Rinse
- Unload the laundries from spin tub and load into wash tub, turn the water inlet selector to WASH. Set the washing time by rotating the wash timer according to laundries loaded.
- Adjust the water level according to laundries loaded, turn on the water tap until the cycle finished.
- Set the rinse time by rotating the wash timer.
Normal Rinse
- Unload the laundries from spin tub and load into wash tub, turn the water inlet selector to WASH. Set the washing time by rotating the wash timer according to laundries loaded.
- Adjust the water level according to laundries loaded, turn on the water tap until reach the set water level.
- Set the rinse time by rotating the wash timer.
Cautions:
Soft mode apply for small quantity laundries loaded. Standard mode with small
quantity laundries may cause the water splash.
Final Spin
- Same as the first spin operation, loaded the wet laundries and put the inner spin cover inside the spin tub properly.
- Close the spin tub cover and safety cover.
- Set the spin time by rotating the spin timer according to the wet laundries loaded.
- During the spinning process, there may be noise caused by wet laundries not loaded properly. Please stop the spinning period and reload the wet laundries properly.
- Spinning process will be automatically cut off once you open the spin tub cover for safety concern. Please ensure the spin tub cover is closed during the spinning process.
Before spin, drain or shower rinse, suggest to rotate the spin timer to set 1 minute spinning, this will help unit to drain the water stored in the spin tub and get better spin, drain or shower rinse effect.
Cleaning and Maintenance
- Remove the power plug before carry out any cleaning and maintenance.
- Clean the lint filter and overflow filter after each wash cycle, otherwise it may influence your next use.
Cleaning the lint filter
- Lint filter must be used during washing.
- Clean the line filter after using.
- Press down the upper area of the filter case to remove the filter. (Figure 1)
- Clean the filter with running water. (Figure 2)
- When cleaning is completed, put the filter back to filter case. Make sure the filter case fits in completely, otherwise it will affect the washing performance. (Figure 3)
Cleaning the overflow filter
Too much lint residual in the overflow filter will affect the performance, please clean the filter regularly.
- Remove the overflow filter by pressing the side handle and pull it out.
- Clean the filter with running water.
- When cleaning is completed, press the side handle and put the filter back to the filter case.
Troubleshooting
Many occurring problems could be solved by yourself without specific expertise. Please check all the shown possibilities and the solution below before contact the customer care team. Please switch off the machine and remove the power plug before troubleshooting.
