AireForce B64EMMX Air Handler
Product Information
The product is an Air Handler with Fixed Speed High-Efficiency Motor. It includes a blower motor, transformer, and various wiring connections.
- The blower motor speed tap connection may vary, so refer to the Installation Instructions for accurate information.
- It is important to disconnect all power before servicing the product.
- The transformer may have a dual voltage capability.
Product Usage Instructions
Blower Motor Connections:
- R: Connect the red wire to this terminal.
- C: Connect the gray wire to this terminal.
- G: Connect the green wire to this terminal.
- W: Connect the white wire to this terminal.
- D: Connect the violet wire to this terminal.
- Y: Connect the yellow wire to this terminal.
Harness Connections:
Connect the white wire from the electric heater kit accessory to the white wire on the heater kit only when the electric heater kit is installed. Also, connect the harness to the W terminal on the control board only when the electric heater kit is installed.
Heater Plug Motor:
If the heater kit is not installed, cut the wires to remove the plug housing.
Transformer Connections:
- R: Connect the red wire to this terminal.
- C: Connect the gray wire to this terminal.
- 24 V: This terminal is for low-voltage connections.
- 240/208 COM: This terminal is for high-voltage connections.
Display Code:
- C: Standby mode. The segment is rotating.
- H: Cooling mode. The Y input is active.
- f: Heating mode. The W input is active.
- d: Circulate Fan mode. The G input is active.
- I: Dehum Cooling mode. The DEHUM input is active along with Y.
- t: A Motor Fault has occurred. BMF is active for more than 30 seconds.
- L: Over Temperatures. The value of the TS input has exceeded 80C, and all outputs are stopped.
- Lockout: Ten or more Motor Faults or Over Temperature events have occurred. All outputs are set to off for one hour.

NOTES:
- The blower motor speed tap connection may not be as shown. See the Installation Instructions.
- Disconnect all power before servicing.
- The transformer may have a dual-voltage primary tap. Match the tap position with the supply voltage used.
- If the internal wiring is replaced, use only 105°C copper wire of the same gauge.
