Fitment: Road Glide LED Headlamp complete with integrated 360-degree halo DRL/Driving Light for 2015-Up Road Glide models. A mixture of black & chrome accents, housing is built with plastic, aluminum and a poly-carbonate lens, DOT, SAE and E-Mark compliant and 100% plug-n-play. .
This product is intended: The QUAD-BEAM™ Headlamp with integrated 360-degree halo not only enhances the front of a 2015-Up Road Glide® but it will light up the roads in front of you by increasing rider visibility and safety as our new QUAD-BEAM™ offers 4500-lumes on low beam and 9900 on high beam. The 360-degree halo provides additional light when riding on both low & high beam. Dressed in a mixture of black & chrome accents, the QUAD-BEAM™ housing is built with heavy duty mounting brackets, aluminum body, with a poly-carbonate lens, DOT compliant, and 100% plug and play.

- (4) 10-32 bolt and nut
- (4) #10 Star Washer
Recommended Tools
- T25 Torx Bit
- T15 Torx Bit
- 1/8” Allen Head Socket
- 3/16” Allen Head Socket
WARNING
- This product should be installed by a professional motorcycle technician or reputable shop/ dealership.
- Improper installation may result in loss of Headlamp / Turn signal functions.
- Remove seat and disconnect the negative battery cable.
- Remove the four windscreen bolts using 1/8″ Allen Head, and set aside.
- Carefully, remove speaker pod lids and upper fairing bolts, located under speaker pod lids. and lower fairing bolt using T25 Torx.
- Using the 3/16″ Allen Head remove turn signal mounting bolts. Use appropriate precautions here as the outer fairing is not no longer attached to the motorcycle. Disconnect the turn signal connectors, and carefully set the fairing aside in an area it will not be damaged.
- Remove stock headlamp using 3/16″ Allen Head. Two of the bolts are located on the top of the light and two below.
- Disconnect headlamp connector by gently prying the locking tab up and pulling the connectors apart.
- Remove the Fairing vent covers from the stock head lamp using the T15 Torx.
- Install fairing vents on the Quad-Beam™ headlamp using the supplied button head Allen screws. Use the star washers to ensure the bolts will not come loose.
- Using blue Loctite attach the top mounting brackets with the supplied Allen head screws.
- Connect the headlamp connector to the Quad-Beam ™ headlamp and be sure it clicks. Reinstall headlamp with the stock bolts. Refer to service manual for torque specifications.
- Reinstall outer fairing in reverse order, referring to service manual for torque specifications.
- Reconnect battery and test functions.
