Step 3: Press the “2.4G/BT1/BT2” button of the mouse to switch to the 2.4G mode. Then, press the to switch the keyboard to 2.4G mode.
When the red light turn on, it indicates that they have successfully connected to the 2.4G mode.

Step 1: Turn on the Mouse.| Step 2: Press the ‘2.4G/BT1V/BT2” button and switch it to BT1 to enter Bluetooth Mode. The green light will tum on. Step 2: Press and hold the The indicator light will start flashing rapidly as it searches for Keyboard 5.0. Click on it to initiate pairing. Once the pairing is successful, the keyboard’s backlight will turn on, and the LED indicator light will stop flashing.

    1. 24G/Num Indicator:
      When Num Lock is turned on, the red indicator light remains illuminated. When Num Lock is turned off, the red indicator light stays off. (2.4G wireless mode: red light flash)

    2. BT1/Caps:
      When Caps Lock is turned on, the green indicator light remains illuminated. When Caps Lock is turned off, the green indicator light stays off. ( BT1 mode: green light flash)

    3. BT2/ Fn Lock:

FAQ

What should | do if the keyboard gets delayed or stuck?

Please check there is no 2.4GHz device (e.g. router) nearby to interfere with the connection. Please check the keyboard has been fully charged. Please check there is no full metal case that may block the signal.

What should | do if the keyboard and mouse can not be charged?

Please check whether the charging port is connected. Please try to replace the charging cable. Try to change the USB port, and if the problem can not be solved, please feel free to contact us.

What should | do if the backlight stops working?

Please charge for half an hour and then re-insert the USB. Please try to restart the keyboard and mouse.

Where is my USB receiver?

The USB receiver is placed on top of the keyboard inside the package, please look for it carefully. Please contact us to get the free replacement if you have lost the USB receiver.

If the Bluetooth connection fails, what steps should I take?

Please attempt to reconnect by removing any other connected Bluetooth devices from your device. Alternatively, you can turn off the mouse, then turn it on again, and finally reopen the device to establish a connection with the mouse.
