ROADOM YR-Q800 Desktop CD Player
Product Information
The Desktop CD Player (YR-Q800) is a compact and portable device that allows you to play audio CDs. It is equipped with a radio frequency transmitter that can connect to a receiver for wireless audio transmission. The CD player is designed to comply with RF radiation exposure limits and should be operated with a minimum distance of 20cm between the radiator and your body.
FCC Warning
The equipment generates and uses radio frequency energy, whichmay cause
interference if not properly installed and operated. To avoid any potential
issues, please follow the instructions below:
- Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician if you need assistance with installation or operation.
- Do not operate the transmitter in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter.
FCC RF Radiation Exposure Statement:
This transmitter must not be co-located or operated in conjunction with any
other antenna or transmitter. Additionally, this equipment complies with RF
radiation exposure limits for an uncontrolled environment. To ensure safe
usage, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- Install and operate the equipment with a minimum distance of 20cm between the radiator and your body.
Please read this manual carefully before using to ensure the product functions to be used correctly. Please keep this manual for future reference.
Operating Instructions
- Please remove the protect paper from the CD Player before turning on the CD Player, otherwise, you will destroy the device ! !! Never touch the laser of the device. Always use the dust cover to prevent dust from collecting on the laser.
- Connect the power cord to the CD player and the 5V/2A power adapter then plug the power adapter into the outlet.
- Put the CD/MP3/CD into the movement disc tray and snap it flat, slide the switch button upward to turn on the power and enter the CD reading mode to play.
- The display lights up to show the disc reading status (“DISC flashing”), and after the disc is rotated (5-125), it will play it will play beautiful music.
- Press the “MODE” button of the CD Player or the remote control to switch other functions USBfTF/Bluetooth (cell phone interconnection)/IN/radio to play music.
Waring
- Please use the adapter DC-5V2A that can match this machine, please do not use other adapters to avoid burning the machine without warranty.
- When not in use for a long time, please place a CD disk or install the supplied dust-proof card to prevent dust from entering the CD player.
- Do not use cracked or damaged CD discs.
- Do not touch the laser with your hands.
- When playing USBfTF card can not read the content, please check whether the USBfTF card is damaged or the song format is supported.
- The head part of the laser of this CD player can be dust-proof and anti-smoke, please do not look directly at the laser head of the movement to avoid damage to your eyes.

Remote Control Operation Instructions
Battery Installation method
- Gently press and hold the circle on the battery cover and push outward to open the battery cover at the back of the remote control
- As shown in the figure, put 2 AAA batteries and cover the battery cover (note that the positive and negative battery corresponds to the correc1)
CD Mode Operation Gulde
- Put a CD disc in the correct format, then turn on the power switch (slide switch), the CD player defaults to CD mode every time you turn it on, and automatically read the disc and play the CD as soon as you turn it on.
- lf the format of the CD disc put in is incorrect or the disc is damaged, the disc will be unreadable.
- CD mode only supports single song loop/whole disc loop/random play, and the CD player will stop automatically when the whole CD disc is finished playing.
- CD mode support up / down song and fast forward / fast rewind, A-B repeat, the remote control can press the number buttons to select the song: (such as press “8” CD disc jump to the 8th song play, “1 and 2” to 12 song play)
- When the power is turned off, the CD player will remember the current playing position and automatically start playing from the memory when the power is turned on next time.
- ln CD mode, the LED screen will show the number of songs played when changing songs, and will also show the playing time of each song.
AUX Input Mode Operation Guide
Connect your mobile phone/tablet etc. to the CD player with a 3.5mm audio
cable, then switch the CD player to AUX mode.
Switch to AUX mode in two ways.
- Short press the mode button until it switches to AUX mode.
- Use the AUX button on the remote control to switch to AUX mode.
In AUX input mode, the CD player is equivalent to an external speaker
When connected to a computer in AUX input mode, it can be used as a computer
speaker.
TF Card/USB Mode: Audio Output
Insert the TF card USB drive with stored audio files into the USB port of the CD player:
- Insert the USB drive when you turn on the CD player, the CD player automatically switches to USB reading.
- In USB mode, you can operate by remote control.
Two ways to switch to USB mode:
- Short press the mode button until switch to TF card USB mode.
- Use the USB/TF card button on the remote control to switch to USB/TF card mode it will keep playing these contents.
Audio output: In CD/USB TF card mode, when inserted into the 3.5mm audio cable, the CD comes with speakers will automatically stop working, then the audio will be passed through the audio cable to the external headphone/speaker device.
A-B Repeat Function
- Press the A-B repeat button on the remote control to set the starting point (A) during playback, and “A” will be displayed on the screen.
- And then press the A-B repeat button on the remote control to set the endpoint (B), which will display “B” on the screen.
- Then repeat the specified part from A to B.
- Press the A-B button again to exit AB repeat and ii will display OFF on the screen.
- Note : The A-B repeat func1ion is only valid in the CD/USBfTF card playback state. Other func1ions are invalid.
Radio FM Mode Operation Guide
There are two ways to switch to FM radio mode:
- Short press the mode button to switch until switching to radio mode.
- Press the FM button on the remote control to switch to radio mode.
FM radio: fully automatic retrieval/semi-automatic retrieval
- Fully automatic search: In the FM mode, press the FM button to start a fully automatic search. After wailing for a short period of lime to complete the search, the searched channels will be saved to the number button. Then press the number button on the remote control to play the relevant channel.
- Semi automatic search: In the FM mode, long press the NEXT/PREV button, it will automatically switch to the next/previous FM channel. Search only one channel at a time, short press the NEXT/PREV button, manually retrieve the radio station, and adjust the number to one decimal place plus or minus one decimal place.
Bluetooth emission mode operation guide
- Long press the MDDE button, or long press the Bluetooth button on the remote control (the display screen flashes dt-f) to start pairing with the Bluetooth device. After successful pairing, start playing music. Note: It takes about 20 seconds to connec1 for the first time. If you want to stop the Bluetooth connec1ion, please press the MODE button again for 2 seconds.
- The CD player is a transmitter, so ii can be connected to Bluetooth devices. When paired, ii will automatically connect to the Bluetooth device.
- For example: If you want to connec1 Bluetooth headphones, please first tum on the Bluetooth of the headphones and then press the MODE button on the CD player to start. The headphones will be automatically connec1ed soon. When connec1ing Bluetooth headphones, please ensure that they are not connec1ed to Bluetooth devices such as smartphones.
- If you have multiple Bluetooth receivers when connec1ing, the player will connec1 to the closest and strongest Bluetooth device. In addition, if you have already connected before, the next connec1ion will be used first.
( Note: When pairing, it is best not to turn on other Bluetooth devices within ten meters. If pairing is unsuccessful, please check if there are other Bluetooth devices turned on within ten meters. If Apple branded Bluetooth headphones cannot be paired with this device, please reset the Apple branded Bluetooth headphones before connec1ing.)
Bluetooth reception mode operation guide
- Press the Bluetooth button on the remote control or press the “mode” button on the player to switch to Bluetooth mode. The speaker emits a Bluetooth status prompt sound, which can be connected to the mobile phone Bluetooth or other devices such as mobile phones and tablets. Bluetooth supports device interconnection.
- The display screen shows a “Bluetooth icon” flashing slowly, activating Bluetooth in the phone, which will automatically search for nearby Bluetooth devices to pair with.
- Select CD player from the Bluetooth device on your phone and pair it with a device named “YR-QB00”.
- Your phone will pair and connect to the CD player within a few seconds, and the speaker will sound a successful pairing prompt.
- When playing music on the phone, the audio signal will be transmitted to the CD Bluetooth output for playback through the phone Bluetooth. In Bluetooth mode, the remote control can also be used to operate the up and down tracks and increase or decrease the volume.
Sleep mode
There are seven music options for sleep mode:
Birdsong, The sound of flowing water, Natural Wind Sound, Alpha wave, The
sound of rain, Bonfire sound, Thunder sound.
- Press the sleep button on the remote control to switch to sleep mode, the player will make a birdsong.
- Press “Up” or “Next” button to select different sleep music. Press the volume up/down button to adjust the volume. And press again to turn off sleep music.
- After the sleep mode is turned on, the display screen turns off and does not light up.
- Press the mode button on the machine panel to switch to sleep mode.
- Long press the sleep button to set the sleep time, which can be divided into three time periods of 30, 60, and 90 minutes. Long press once to set 30 minutes, long press again to set 60 minutes, long press again to set 90 minutes, and long press for the forth time to cancel the timer function, press the OK button to confirm.
Tlme TImer setting
Time setting:
- When the player is turned on, the first 0 at 00:00 will start flashing when the time setting button is pressed.
- For example, if you need to set 13:45, you can set it as follows.
- Press the time setting button, and press number 1 and then press OK button, and press 3, OK, 4, OK, 5, OK buttons to complete.
Timer to turn on the player:
- When the player is turned on, press the timed on button on the remote control, and the display screen will start flashing with the first 0 at 00:00.
- Set the alarm clock according to the time setting method, and long press number “0” to cancel the alarm clock. (i.e., the alarm clock plays a CD player)
Timer to turn off the player:
When the player is turned on, press the timed off button on the remote
control, and the display screen will start flashing with the first 0 at 00:00.
(when resetting, the original alarm time will be displayed)
For example, if you need to set 07:30, you can set it as follows.
Timer to turn on the player: press the timed on button on the remote control,
and press number 0 and then press OK button, and press 7, OK, 3, OK, 0, OK
buttons to complete.

NOTE : After the alarm setting is completed, the LCD display screen will display the alarm icon. Long press number “0” to cancel the alarm clock.
Timer to turn off the player: press the timed off button on the remote control, and press number 0 and then press OK button, and press 7, OK, 3, OK, 0, OK buttons to complete. -

Troubleshootlng
Remote control can not be used
- Ensure that the remote control is aimed at the appropriate location: close to the area directly above the player, and ensure that the distance between the remote control and the CD player is within 6 meters.
- Check if the battery inside the remote control has been damaged. Note: The remote control cannot start/close the player and requires sliding the power switch.
CD player can not be worked
- Check if the power supply is successfully connected. If you are not using the original USB adapter, please ensure that the power specification is standard 5V/2.0A.
- If the player operates in a large temperature difference, the laser head may be covered by fog and cause it to not work. Please let the CD player stand for 1 hour until ii dries, then turn on the power and try playing the CD again.
DO NOT TOUCH THE LASER WITH YOUR HANDS.
CD function can not be used
Check if your disc format is suitable, or if your disc is too old or damaged,
and ensure that the disc is placed correctly.
