Specifications

Basic Control

2. Press MFB for 2 seconds in power on satus.
Play/Pause| Press the MFB once to play/pause music.
Volume -/+| Continuously press button quickly to adjust vol.
Prev/Next track| Press and hold the button for 3 seconds.

Tips: Device will shut down automatically if no action in ten minutes.

How To Use

Charging

1. Conect the typeC end of the charging cable to the chaging port of the Bluetooth Receiver.
2. PIug the USB end of the charging cable to an USB charging port or any active USB port.
3. The LED indicator will turn red when charging.lt will be solid blue when the device is fully charged.
   Note: You can use the unit when charging.
   We recommend charging the unit for at least 2.5 hours before its initial using.

Pairing

1. Make the unit into pairing mode(check the basic control)
2. The LED will alternately flash red and blue when enter pairing mode successfully.
3. Turn on the Bluetooth of cell phone and search for new devices.
4. Tap the “MaedHawk X4” to connect once you find it on your phone,if there is a request for a passcode,just enter “0000”.

Playing music through your receiver
If already connected to the receiver via Bluetooth,simply plug the X4 into the aux-in port of the car/speaker/stereo to enjoy the audio from your phone.

Aux-in extension cable

If the X4 doesn’t fit into your aux-in port because of a tight space you can insert the extension cable into the aux-in port and then connect the X4 into the other end.
Note:
The X4 can remember the previous devices and will attempt to pair with devices automatically each time once power on.
Pair with 2 cell phones simultaneously

1. Make X4 pair with your 1st phone sucessfully,then disconnect them(disable bluetooth of the phone).
2. Make X4 re-enter pairing mode and pair with the 2nd phone.
3. Enable Bluetooth of your 1st phone and tap “MaedHawk X4” in the list to connect
4. X4 will automatically connect this both phones next time once it power on.

Call handling

Care for your MaedHawk X4

• Do not expose the product to direct sunlight or extreme heat.
• Do not try to take the unit apart as it may cause serious damage.
• Do not drop it on hard surfaces as it may damage the circuitry.
• Do not use chemicals or detergents to clean the product.
• Do not scrap the surface with sharp object.

Troubleshooting

No sound can be heard in car when playing music from phone?

• Please make sure you are using AUX mode of the car stereo
• Please adjust the volume of your phone or car system

My friend only can hear small voice or no voice when i am making a call in my car?

• Please check if the X4 receiver is too far away from your mouth
• Please check if there are obstacles between receiver and mouth -Please check if the Mic hole is blocked with something.

The sound quality is not that good or there is lag?

• Please check if your cell phone support aptx HD or aptX LL
• Make sure that the Receiver is in an effective range and there is no other obstacles
