**** The earbuds have a playtime of 8 – 10 hours on a single charge. The charging case can recharge the earbuds for extra five times, so you can get 48-60 hours total playtime from a fully charged charging case.
Please remove the protective film from the charging case before using the earbuds for the first time.
How to Charge Correctly
USE With USB C cable: Connect the USB C cable to a power source in order to charge both the earbuds and charging case
together.
Once you plug the USB C cable to the case, you will hearth e “c racking” sound.

Charging Case: Charging in Progress: Both the digital number and the charging case’s green port light are flashing. Fully Charged : The digital display number is 100, and the charging case’s green light is steady.

Fully Charged: The red indicator light on the earbuds will disappear and the charging case’s digital display columns will disappear. (If you don’t see a red indicator light on the earbuds, please use alcohol to wipe both earbuds’ charging ports, as well as the charging case’s charging pins. Ensure the pins between the earbuds and the charging case are connected securely.)
Without USB C cable: Charging case charge the earbuds without connecting to a power source

Power on:
- Method 1: Remove the earbuds from the charging case, they will turn on and connect with each other automatically
- Method 2 : When the earbuds are powered off, press both earbud buttons for 3 seconds. (The indicator lights on both earbuds will turn blue for 1 second ).
Power off:
- Method 1: Put the earbuds back into the charging case.(The earbuds’ indicator lights will turn red)
- Method 2:When the 2 earbuds are powered on. press both earbud buttons for 5 seconds.(The indicator lights on both earbuds will turn red for 1 second).

- Q: How do i Adjust the Volume ? the volume is a little low ?
- A: After you pair the 2 earbuds with your phone. First, If your phone is IOS SYSTEM, Please Quick Double Click R Earbud. Second, If your phone is Android SYSTEM, Please Firstly Quick Double Click R Earbud, then Add up the Volume by Your phone. Because iPhone and Android have different system protocols, so the control procedures are diff errant
Because the earbuds have a primary / secondary designation, the batt eries are different. The battery of the primary earbud dies faster than that of the secondary earbud. This is normal.
Pairing

Wai t for 5 seconds, Once one of earbud’s indicator light flashes red and blue, and the other earbud’s indicator light flashes blue, then the earbuds are paired successfully.

Open the Bluetooth of your device, search and click on the model” A11″. the Earbud ds will pair successfully wit h your device

When there has a call coming, please click the earbud button to receive the call, not receive the call by touching phone, otherwise the call will go through the phone, not earbud

After r the call received successfully , if you think the volume is low, you can add up the volume by earbuds’ function or phone.
If some functions of the earbuds are not available with your phone app, check to see if the phone’s operating system is compatible with the app. Also, you can:

- If you have purchased 2 or more sets of earbuds from our company. Please pair each set separately. When you want to use them, pair the two earbu ds from one set with your phone first, then next pair the earbuds of the other se
- Please do not pair one earbud from one set with an earbud from a deferent se This will affect normal use.

- If you want to use one earbud, your spouse wants to use the other one , please ensure that these two earbuds come from the same se
- If you want to use one set of earbuds for yourself for one device, after you have paired the matching earbuds together, then your spouse can open the second pair.
questions &Answers
- Q: The Earbuds can’t be charged by the charging case?
- A: Firstly :Confirm that the charging case has power
If the power level of the charging case is low or empty, the charging case cannot recognize the earbuds when you insert them. Therefore, the earbuds cannot be charged.. If the charging case can’t be charged normally, Please try different USB C cable to charge.
- Secondly : Ensure that you have removed the plastic film used to protect the earbuds during shipping from the charging case.
- Thirdly : Use alcohol to wipe the charging ports of both earbuds as well as the charging pin of the charging case. Allow to dry before replacing the earbuds into the case.
- Fourthly: When putting the earbuds in the case. ensure that the earbuds match the model of the case exactly, and press down on the earbuds after placing them into the charging case. After a long time of wearing, the ear hooks are easily deformed, which leads to incomplete contact between the charging port and the thimble of the compartment. This can result in a failure to charge.
Fifthly:
Ensure that the charging pins in the charging case don’t go down.
Only the earbuds are being successfully charged when the earbud indicator light is red and the charging case’s digital display bars move up and down
- Why can I pair the earbuds with my phone, but not with my PC?
- A: Once you have paired the earbuds with a device, they will connect automatically with that device the next time you use them. You must end that connection before making a new one. Before you attempt to pair the earbuds with your PC or other new device , make sure you have turned off or “forgotten” the model “A11” from your phone or original device.
- Q:Why is sound coming from only one earbud? I can’t pair the earbuds with each other.

Second Way: Reset the Earbuds to factory setting If the first way doesn’t work, please try the second way.
- A: Forget the original “A11” Bluetooth model from your device, and close your device’s Bluetooth .
- B: Turn off the earbuds. If the earbuds are not off, hold down the earbuds buttons for 5 seconds and let them power off. The earbuds indicator lights will flash red for 1 second.
- C: Then hold down both earbud buttons at the same time for 10 seconds, Release the buttons until the indicator lights for both earbuds flash blue for the second time.
(The whole Indicator lights change process:
- Both earbuds flash blue light once, at the same time
- One earbud flashes red and The other flashes blue light. 2. Neither earbud has an indicator light for 1 second.
- After several seconds, one earbud’s indicator light will flash red and blue, and the other earbud’s light will flash blue. The earbuds have paired with each other successfully.
Open the Bluetooth of your device. Find and click on “A11” in the menu.
Note: If your device can’t find the Bluetooth model of ” A11″.close the
bluebook the, then re open the bluetooth option and search again.
- Q:How can i use only one earbud with my phone?
- A: Forget the original pairing model “A11 from your phone.

Please Try the above tips one by one. They will help you connect only one earbud. If you want to connect with just one earbud, remove only one earbud from the charging case.

The earbuds and charging case are of excellent quality. To extend the life of this product, follow these instructions:
- Keep this product away from extreme heat, humidity or corrosive environments.
- Prevent this product from being struck or dropped, warping, soaking, etc.
- Don’t dismantle the Earbuds or Charging
- Don’t overcharge this product for a long time, as this will decrease the battery service life.
- Stop using this product immediately i f it causes discomfort or pain.
- Use DC-5V 1A chargers/adapters certified by a regulated manufacture Recharging and discharging the headphones repeatedly will lead to decrease in battery performance over time, which is normal for all rechargeable batteries.(Don’t press the elastic pin contact
point, which can cause the product to function incorrectly.)
