Purafilter PFCOIL128 Pro Coil Cleaner
Application
This product’s advanced technology detergent is formulated to remove a broad
range of soils quickly and easily. This product cleans condensers, evaporators
and filters in HVAC systems and eliminates the need for steam cleaning,
scrubbing or soaking. This product can be used at mix ratios of 1:6
(condensers), 1:10 (evaporators) and 1:20 (electronic/permanent filters, fan
blades, motors, and grills).
Directions
For general degreasing, a dilution rate of 1:20 is recommended. Condensers:
Shut the system down. If the condenser is hot, flush with water to cool. Mix 1
part Pro Coil Cleaner with 6 parts water to remove heavy soil, grease and oil
buildup. Apply solution liberally to coil with low-pressure sprayer and allow
5-10 minutes reaction time. Flush thoroughly with water.
Evaporators: Shut the system down. Mix 1 part Pro Coil Cleaner with 10 parts
water in low-pressure sprayer and apply solution to coil. Allow 5-10 minutes
reaction time. Resume normal operation. This cleaner is self rinsing on
condensate producing evaporator coils. Electronic filters, Permanent filters,
Fan blades, Motors, Grills: Mix 1 part Pro Coil Cleaner with 20 parts water.
Apply solution with sprayer, cloth or sponge to surface to be cleaned. Wipe or
rinse with clean water. Wipe up drips and over-spray with clean water.
