The Volante v6C is a fragrance diffusion device from Viveur. It is the sixth- generation model and is designed to distribute fragrances into the atmosphere. The device utilizes purpose-built technology and features fragrances created by Master Perfumer Lorenzo Dante Ferro. The Volante v6C offers an exclusive sensory experience, creating a truly memorable environment.

Usage Instructions

1. Choose a suitable location for the Volante v6C device. Ensure there is at least 200mm of space above the device for cartridge removal.
2. If wall-mounting, use the provided brackets with screw slots. If not, place the device on a flat surface using the rubber feet on the base.
3. Connect the device to power by plugging the 230v transformer into a power outlet and connecting the 2.1mm barrel jack to the device.
4. Commission the device using the customized wireless mesh system and the accompanying app. Follow the app instructions for setup and control.
5. If desired, interface the device with DMX and other systems for additional control options.
6. To connect the device to the airflow duct, use the provided airflow proof switch via the 3.5mm jack plug.
7. For any sharp bends in the installation, use the RA Bend Duct Insertion Plate provided. Minimize the use of this plate in favor of the hose.
8. Use the nylon hose provided to distribute fragrances into associated ventilation systems. Connect the hose to the Volante Cartridge Connection and other necessary connectors, such as the straight connector for extension hoses or the pitot tube connector.
9. Refer to HVAC drawings and consult with Viveur for the best location of the Volante devices and duct access plates.

Installation Kit – Air Side Components

Volante v6C uses pneumatic hoses and associated push fittings according to BS5409 to distribute fragrances into associated ventilation systems.
Each machine is provided with an appropriate selection of parts for the application.

Components

Volante Cartridge Connection

Connector provided as standard with all Volante fragrance cartridges.

Viveur will advise best location of Volante devices and duct access plates, based on finalised HVAC drawings and site visits as necessary.

Volante v6C uses pre-prepared cables for the power supply and airflow proof connections to the device.

Mounting Guidance

Where several Volante devices are mounted side by side on the same wall, we would advise that free wall space totaling 200mm wide by 450mm high is allowed per device.
For example, 6 devices in a 3 x 2 configuration would require space of 600mm wide by 900mm high, as per below sketch.

Hose runs may be mounted on cable tray, basket, cable tie bases or similar.
Fixings should be every 500mm, and either side of every change of hose direction.
Maximum bend radius is 100mm, if a tighter bend is needed a right angle connector should be used.
