Features
The carbon content of cast iron is about 30 times more than that of ordinary iron plate, because carbon particles can be well integrated with oil. The more you use it, the more the oil can penetrate into the carbon, the more difficult it is for the food to adhere, and you can make delicious dishes. Assembly Method
1. Please fix the main body and base with screws, nuts and washers.
The screws can be tightened with the coin.
Please do not fix it too tightly. It may cause iron damage.
2. Please insert the fire gate into the 2 holes on the front of the main
body. Then install the handle on the fire door.
3.Please place the air regulating door on the air regulating door shelf.
Please remove the air regulating door when moving, as the main body may tilt
to cause the air regulating door to fall off.
4. Please put the charcoal net in the main body.
Before Use
- In order to prevent the grilling net from rusting and reduce the adhesion of cooking dishes, it is recommended to maintain it during the first use. If not adequately maintained, it may cause adhesion. The other parts do not require maintenance.
Maintenance
While igniting, remove the grilling net and wipe the reverse side with
vegetable oil. (Please do not butter. It will cause adhesion.) Then please put
it on the main body. After the grilling net is heated, burns, use the grill
brush to wipe the surface and edges of the grill with vegetable oil. Please
avoid into the fire. Please heat the grilling net for 45-60 minutes.
The more you use the grilling net, the better. Use vegetable oil regularly to
prevent it from rusting. All cast iron objects are easier to maintain as they
are used.
Instructions
(1) Please put charcoal on the charcoal net and light it.
(2) After lighting the fire, put on the grilling net. The grilling net can be
used on both sides, and two different heights can be adjusted. Please adjust
the height according to cooking needs.
(3) Please open and close the fire gate when adding or removing charcoal.
(4) Adjust the firepower by sliding the air regulating door left and right.
Warning: Because it is made of cast iron, strong impact will cause cracking.
Attention in use
- Please pay attention to the handling of fire and residual fire. In addition, please be careful of bums because the grill main body becomes hot. Please pay special attention to children.
- Just in case, please prepare fire extinguishing tools and water. In addition, please do not put liquid or gas fuel nearby.
- Do not use it for other purpose than cooking.
- Please use it outdoors on the ground, not indoors.
- Because the feet and bottom of the grill will become hot, do not use it on lawns, tables, or near flammable products.
- Please use solid fuel such as charcoal or charcoal pellets. Do not use fuel such as petroleum. Do not put it in other burning appliances.
- Wear gloves to prevent burns and injuries from assembly to burning and afterwards.
- Please place the main body steadily so that it will not tip over during use. In addition, please use charcoal clamps to add fuel. Do not move the burning body because there is a danger of sparks flying.
- Stop using it immediately if you find any damage, malfunction, or deformation.
- To prevent burns and injuries, please do not put your fingers and foreign objects into the fire gate or air regulating door.
Clean
- Remove the grilling net from the main body after use. Please try to remove food residues with a wire brush and boiled hot water while it is hot.
Maintenance

Please dismantle after confirming that the charcoal is burnt out. In addition, when watering for extinguishing, the appliance will change due to the sudden temperature change, please be careful.

After use, please wear gloves avoiding injury and clean with a sponge or brush. After washing, please dry the water thoroughly and apply cooking oil to prevent rust.

Please don’t forget to manage the parts, etc., and keep them in a place without moisture.

Even if it rusts, it is not harmful, but it can form dirt. Small spots of rust can be wiped off with a cloth coated with oil. If there is a large amount of rust on the grilling net, please polish it with a metal brush and wash it off thoroughly, and dry it completely after heating.
